CLOSED 10 mins early if you want good service do not come to this Wendy’s in Bellevue the Mexican man in the drive-through window made eye contact with me twice and walked by and ignored me and they were supposed to still be open for 10 more minutes. I arrived at 12:50 they close at 1 AM. I rate this place zero stars if that was an option I would put that.

This Wendy’s in Bellevue is super convenient if you’re on the go, especially during a work break or evening commute. The drive-thru is typically fast, and I appreciated the courtesy of the staff, especially the server at the window who quietly waited while I was on a call (which, honestly, I shouldn’t have taken). That kind of patience isn’t expected but definitely noticed. Unfortunately, the food today was just so-so as the fries weren’t fresh and the burger felt like it had been sitting out a bit. Also, the drive-thru can only be accessed from the westbound side of NE 20th, so it’s annoying if you miss the entrance. Still, decent if you’re in the area and convenience is the priority.

The JBC here is not the same
The bread is stale, tomatoes seemed like they had been there some time.. definitely not fresh as good ol Dave would have wanted.
Anyways the Wendy’s back home in twin falls are much better.

Worst service I ever had in any fast food restaurant! We went there today, 10/25/25, at 11am and ordered. Once we got the food, it was totally different. It turned out at 11am they still showed the breakfast menu on the wall, and we used the breakfast menu to make the order but they charged us and gave the food accordingly to their hidden lunch menu! They hurriedly turned the wall menu around to the lunch side only when I complained, and the lady didn’t express any regret and didn’t offer to replace the food. The cashier lady (the receipt showed the name “Monica”) was so rude and unfriendly, and I can’t understand why Wendy still didn’t fire her!

Professionalism is completely missing here. Today, a staff member forgot a specific detail I asked for. Rather than fixing it, she began complaining about me in Spanish to another coworker while I was standing right there. She explicitly called me ‘stupid,’ assuming I wouldn’t understand her.
I speak Spanish fluently, and it was incredibly disheartening to hear an employee verbally abuse a customer because they were frustrated by their own mistake. This is not how you treat paying customers. I hope the owner sees this and retrains the staff on basic respect.

My friends and I walked here and inside. We had the best possible fast food service. I have never experienced faster service before, as we all had our food within a minute of ordering, and the staff was incredibly friendly too. The restaurant was very clean, and all we could talk about was how impressive the staff were at this particular Wendy’s.

This review is for the Wendy’s in downtown Bellevue on Bellevue Way. This Wendy’s has been here for a long time and is a pretty good one. I like Wendy’s the best among fast food because the food is always hot and fresh and taste great. The only negative factor here is the parking. The parking lot was changed a few years ago and incorporates Wendy’s parking and paid parking stalls for other businesses next door, so make sure you only Park in the spot that says Wendy’s and not a numbered spot. Best to approach this restaurant northbound on Bellevue Way as southbound trying to make a left turn will be hard with the traffic.

One of the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. The staff acted like they didn’t want to be there at all, completely lifeless and indifferent. The food was terrible: bad taste, soggy, and clearly made with no care. The place felt dirty and unorganized, more like a rundown roadside shop than a proper restaurant. Honestly, this location gives Wendy’s a bad name.
