We waited a long time for our order, even though there were no other customers at all. They didn’t bring what we asked for: we ordered two caramel lattes, but they served us regular coffee instead. On top of that, the staff had a very unwelcoming attitude.

Employees were rude. Nobody smiled. They just flung open the windows of the drive thru and grabbed my card for payment no thank you verifying the order. When we got our food it was hot (the only hilight of visit) again no thank you just hand the bag out the window. Not going back.

I went up there and asked for 2 cheeseburgers. One ketchup only the other everything on it. Both of my burgers had the onions and a single pickle on each The receipt read cheeseburger ketchup only American cheese only. If you don’t have the capacity to run a small McDonalds in a small town you might as well close it down. Waiting at the cash register for 20 minutes to be served, you need more staff, since the one you have is not enough if they are joking around in the kitchen. Also, do you really not have soda?, only tea and Powerade?, how funny haha

I ask for no salt on my burger and ask for no salt on my fries. Now, the burger, I’m not sure but I know I got salt on my fries. Yes u Can you ask? Did they salt them? No, they just didn’t clean the scooper, nor did they clean the tray? Thank God I’m not allergic to salt because if I had been allergic to salt and I ate my fries. I’d be going to the hospital right now, thanks to McDonald’s. And the the disrespectful little kid. Inside says I’m being disrespectful when I point this out & he also made sure that I knew that they don’t have to do that..Service nowadays is nothing like. It used to be back in my day. These kids nowadays have no respect. No honor in pride in the work that they put in to their job… This little wet behind the ear kids. Gonna get a lawsuit. Put on mcdonald’s one day because of them…. But then again, maybe McDonald’s. They’re so rich, they don’t care.

I’m not one to write a bad review due to knowing things happen and I’ve worked in the food industry however I’ve been to this McDonald quite a few times including hopes it would get better.
Today I found a hair on my burger, I had ordered in the drive through so I didn’t see it until I had already gotten back to work .
Other times I would sit in the drive through for way longer than necessary and if my order would have been correct any of those times I can handle waiting a little bit but everytime I go I’m always missing something whether that be fries or McGriddles or even a Drink will be missing. It’s very frustrating and I do hope that it gets better but I will most likely not be returning to that McDonald.
