Efficiency and organization at this restaurant location has improved since my last review. This Chick-fil-A is also kept spotless and the current employees are always welcoming. The occasional Bingo events are also lots of fun and brings the community together.

I mentioned in my initial review that I will never order online due to more than a few instances when someone in operations had failed to pack all of the requested items. It’s been over two years since I’ve ordered items online so, I cannot say if their accuracy have improved.

nah service was good like the guy that took my order was chill and quick and really knew what he was doing. but when i went to pick up my food in the next window a different dude charge me the amount i was supposed to but he never gave me back my change i gave a 50 bill with 46cents but in the receipt he gave me it said that i gave him the amount i was supposed to give so bro just to like 30bucks and never gave it back food was not tho but i just want my money back 🙁

Too many times I have to double back because part of my order is missing! The worst part is my food is cold by the time I get back home! This is tedious. Today like always they missed part of my order. I parked my car, to get what was missing…. and then I GET REAR ENDED in their parking lot after getting what they forgot!!! Of all the Chick-fil-a’s within a 100-mile radius of my 90-year old mom’s home — this location on Tonnelle Ave in North Bergen is her favorite because of the wonderful people who work here!
And of all the wonderful people who work here — Arina has touched her heart in ways words fail to express!
Arina has a gift for making my mom feel “seen” and enveloped in a bubble of restorative energy that is extraordinary and innate — it comes from her heart and soul.
Every time we’ve visited this location — it has been after a long, stressful day of doctor’s appointments, food shopping and running errands. And each and every time Arina has been there, she has literally brought my mom back from utter exhaustion with her kindness, generosity of spirit and genuine concern for my mom’s well-being.
Therefore, my mom (and I) would deeply appreciate it if you could make Arina feel as treasured by Chick-fil-A as she makes my mom feel over and over again!!!
And we would also appreciate it if you could use this location to train new Chick-fil-A employees so they can absorb her energy and spread it thru the Chick-fil-A network of stores!

Exceptionally juicy chicken. Have been to many Chick Fil A locations and maybe it’s because I usuallly get it take out, I thought the other locations were alright but this one seems remarkably tastier than the others. Great job to everyone here.

Always friendly staff and good service, but the food, particularly the chicken nuggets taste like chemicals to me. The grilled chicken breast in the grilled and fried chicken sandwich with a hamburger style bun also tastes a bit like chemicals. Lastly the only thing I would recommend from here is the grilled chicken wrap with the avocado dressing or dip with their delicious waffle cut fries with no salt as somehow they always manage to overdo it, and a nice fattening milk shake or sugary soft drink to wash it down. Remember it’s all still fast food, who knows what’s in this stuff to make it last longer and still taste good hence the word “processed”. I have never eaten inside, but it’s doable.
