Their new overnight oats are a 10/10 for sure! Go try! They have energy drinks and parfaits to go. Their teas are amazing, their shakes are fulfilling and never disappoint. They change their flavors almost every month and it’s a vibe when you walk in. They also offer community walk. They have fat reduction, fat release, and collagen add ons. To go packs of tea are available and they have delicious protein donuts. Go check them out! The waffles are great too!

Words can never explain how welcoming Lilly always makes me feel! She’s an amazing human being! Their shakes look amazing! Rise up nutrition is so much more than a nutrition shop ! It’s become one of my second homes ! I never knew it was here all the years , but I do now and I’m here just about every day of the week! Lilly and Alex the owners are amazing human beings ! Not only do they know my order by heart , they have become some of my closest peeps ! It’s always a great time when you come to rise up! The staff is friendly and cheerful, greeting you upon entrance. Not only are the products AMAZING but the location is beautiful! You can easily sit in for hours to do your work or study. There are multiple seating areas inside to hang with friends and family. I definitely recommend coming here if you need energy to get you through finals or a long day at work!

I’ve only visited a couple of times within the last several months, but I really enjoy the menu items. I feel that I am getting quality products when I go here. I’ve tried several juices and one of the coffees- both were quite good. I don’t find the drinks to be gritty or odd in texture, which is often an issue with these types of products. I haven’t tried any of the food items.
Staff are always kind and quick to offer suggestions on the menu. The store always seems clean and well taken care of.
I feel that the prices are a little high, so I don’t go too often. However, I’m confidant that I am getting high quality, clean ingredients when I do go.
