Stopped at this Carl’s Jr at around 8pm to pick up a couple burgers thru the drive thru. Ordered 2 famous star burger meals with fries and a coke and Sprite. Customer service was nice unfortunately once I got home and I only live a mile away. We had to heat up the Burgers and fries because they were pretty cold . What happened to making food fresh and hot ? You weren’t that busy no one inside and 2 customers in the drive thru. That should have been a red flag . There’s a reason for no customers when you get subpar food. The coke also had an interesting flavor kind of minty, maybe you should check your machines . I have not been to a Carl’s Jr in awhile this was disappointing and a waste of money.

I ordered the $5.99 “make your own bag” deal. It does not include a drink. I chose a cheeseburger, and the bun was so soft and delicious. I thought the fries were perfect – just a slight crunch on the outside and soft throughout. I always enjoy going to Carl’s Jr.

Late night hunger pangs brought me to Carl’s for a burger and milkshake. I ordered the Big Carl single with a vanilla shake. Service was quick going through the drive-thru. A few questions: do you want sauce, and do you want whip cream on the milkshake? No. The burger was fine. Nothing special, and it had what was like thousand island dressing. The shake tasted a bit peculiar. Made with ice cream? Okay, but it had an odd flavor to it. As if it was made with sweetened condensed milk. My hunger was satisfied. And all for $12.20. Would I return here, or visit another Carl’s? Probably not. There are better burgers to be had. The factor that inspired this stop? It was after 3:00 am on a Thursday morning. Not many places are open at that time.

I work late into the night and I was excited to learn this location was open 24hrs. For the last 4 months or so I’ve been making a weekly stop for my late night dinner. My order has been consistently correct including condiments and napkins. There’s usually two different ladies that work the night shift and they do a phenomenal job. I actually don’t follow through on doing reviews but the staff at this location deserves to know that they are fantastic and they are appreciated especially by someone with limited options at 3 in the morning. There’s nothing more disappointing than getting home with the wrong order when you worked all night. Thank you so much!

Was just here had went through the drive thru, when i checked everything on my order was correct except to find that my 5 pcs. chicken fingers was more like 3 with how small the pieces were. They were nuggets and not fingers. I pulled back around the drive-thru to confront and to get this made right and the crew member or who ever named Angie or something like that, she was so rude and non compliant, and was in no way, shape or form willing to help me out at all when I showed her the chicken fingers and asked that im getting charged $12 for 5 tenders that were clearly cut in half, she said, yupp you sure are I made them myself, there’s nothing wrong with them and I won’t remake them either. Carls Jr is a place where you can get a decent mean at a decent price, they have a burger called the big carl for god sake, but there’s nothing big or large about their food. The crew member Angie told me to take it up with Eric in the morning, so apparently they are in kahoots with each other and nothing will ever get done if thats the case. ATTENTION Terri Elgin, please get your store at 94th Ave and Northern in order. Love to hear back from you, if I don’t I will continue to post comments on every social media and food related site on the internet until something is done about this

The ladies that worked the night shift overnight have to be the slowest workers ever.. They don’t care about the customer’s.In line, they take their time. I’ve waiting in that line for at least twenty to thirty minutes All the time I go here all the time For my lunch breaks at 1am.. please get rid of those girls.I know there’s only two working, but it’s ridiculous.How long you have to wait?And it’s always the same girls, you know, they are.Please have a conversation with them for the company’s sake.
