This is a great Mexican restaurant right here in Rosenberg. The prices are very reasonable, and the food is always good. I ordered breakfast this time and it did not disappoint. The service is awesome, and the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. I’ve been a long-time patron, and it’s always a solid choice. If you’re ever in Rosenberg, definitely check them out.

Okay.This is the second time I had to eat here.It is awesome. I drive thirty miles to eat here because the mexican food restaurants in our town are average. My wife had the the fajita chicken chimichanga and I had the burrito texano. The texano burrito has fajita meat, chorizo and ham and it is loaded and it is very very good. I added the fresh chopped jalapenos, which were not hot, as a matter of fact they have a great flavor. I highly recommend they give it a little bite, just enough. I will continue to come here to eat whenever I have a craving for real good mexican food. The waitstaff, when I come here is very friendly and cordial.They’re very responsive and polite.

This was our first visit, and we are already planning to go back. It was later on a Friday after my daughters cheer practice and they seated us without hesitation. The food was great, but this review is really about the service. If 10 stars was an option it wouldn’t be enough. Our waiter, Jose, was an exceptional and exemplary young man. Working hard on a Friday night in service of others, GREAT attitude, and shared that he was planning to take his driving test and get his license. Sometimes it’s the people that make the experience, and the great food here was only furthered by the outstanding waitstaff. The busser was taking empty plates off the tables to keep things clean and tidy… TVs had the game on… queso dip was great. Overall wonderful experience.

This restaurant has changed dramatically… and unfortunately, not for the better. Ever since the new manager(owner son) took over, everything has gone downhill. The food quality is no longer the same, the prices have increased….
One of the things I always appreciated about this place was the staff, friendly, attentive people who had been there for years. Now almost the entire team is new, and the difference in service and atmosphere is impossible to ignore…. It is truly sad to see how a long-standing restaurant, has declined so quickly. Unfortunately, since the owner’s son took over, the restaurant has lost many loyal customers and very good employees… The new owner simply does not know how to run a business. I have witnessed the way he speaks to employees, and it is extremely unprofessional. There is no leadership, no respect, and no clear direction. That lack of management shows in the service, the food, and the entire experience. When the previous owner( his father) was in charge, this restaurant was excellent, great quality, great service, and fair prices. Now, it’s getting worse and worse. It’s heartbreaking to watch a place with so much history decline because of poor management. I won’t be returning, and I cannot recommend it as long as it continues to be run this way.

This place has very good chips and warm salsa. The menudo was excellent, my mom said, and mine was also great bacon and eggs with beans and pappas. I would come from Houston again to eat. Very good service and clean.

Very colorful interior along with some colorful plates. I liked the Mexican decorations/ music in the restaurant. The bathroom was well maintained.
The service was very quick and the servers were friendly and spoke Spanish.
There was a good variety of food, and they served our meal with complimentary chips and salsa, and a chicken potato soup. I tried the Enchiladas with Crema and the Beef Fajita Plate. The Enchiladas with Crema was good and perfect for me since it was not spicy at all. The Beef fajitas were served on a hot sizzling pan with housemade tortillas. They were very flavorful and tender!! I highly recommend the Beef fajitas if you’re unsure what to get.

Today was my first time at this restaurant and even though they served great salsa, chips and queso, the gorditas were not anything I was expecting, especially because they were expensive. I lived in Mexico and the gorditas I had there were made of corn and were soft and warm. What we got was two greasy, thick, hard mix of corn and flour tortillas I suppose. It reminded me of the gordas that my abuelita would make for our dogs. The beef fajita was very tasty, so I opened the gorditas and picked the meat to eat. The server was the worse part; she had an unprofessional attitude, like we were bothering her and it felt like some sort of prejudice. I did speak to her before we left to let her know that I didn’t appreciate her behavior. She apologized and we left. I doubt I’ll be going back again.
