The place itself shares the location with Barley Bean and there is some seating inside but it’s a bit limited, with a few tables outside.
If you’re craving a burger that hits every note without compromising your vegan values, Mission Burger Co. is the place to be. This beef-free burgers and sandwiches spot doubles as a cozy bar, making it a versatile hangout for any craving.
What I Loved:**
Delicious vegan burgers and sandwiches:** The menu delivers bold flavors and satisfying textures, proving that you don’t need meat to get a killer burger experience.
Knowledgeable and friendly staff:** The team is genuinely helpful and can walk you through the entire menu, from the veggie patty options to sauce pairings and sides. Their expertise adds a lot of confidence to the dining experience.
Strong bar vibe:** The bar is a great complement to the food. It’s the perfect spot to unwind, whether you’re grabbing a casual bite or enjoying a night out with friends.
Weekly happy hour:** A designated happy hour adds extra value and makes it easy to pop in for a relaxed, affordable good time.
Late hours:** Open late, so you can satisfy late-night cravings or celebrate after work without rushing.
Accessible drive:** Even though it’s about a 40-minute drive for me, the payoff is worth the trip. Consistency and quality make the journey worthwhile.
Whole Menu aspirations:** I’m planning to try the entire menu on a future visit—if you’re similar in spirit, this place is built for that kind of exploration.
Why Vegans and Burger Lovers Should Visit:
You can enjoy a full, flavorful burger experience without animal products.
The staff’s knowledge makes navigating vegan options simple and enjoyable.
A bar + late hours create a flexible, all-in-one dining experience.
**If franchising is available or in the pipeline, I’d love to learn more about the details, please share. I’m @lux.atx and I’ll definitely be reaching out for more information.

P.S – Don’t leave without trying the soft serve. They could seriously open a vegan soft serve place separately. It’s oat based and straight up just tastes like some of the best vanilla soft serve I have ever had. I’m still thinking about it. 10000/5 stars
