Keep driving to the Bannister location if you’re in the area. This one is garbage and must be struggling to hang on. They went out of their way to charge me 54 cents bc I asked for an extra sauce (which I didn’t mind paying), but put my order together so poorly. The bags looked old, used, and torn. The napkins were crinkled up and looked used. The breading was hanging off the nuggets. They stuffed two of the three orders in a bag too small. And gave me one straw for three drinks. Guess they needed that 54 cents to pay for more bags, napkins, and straws. ♀️

The manager is incredibly confrontational and rude. Waited 20 minutes for all of our food to be made incorrect. Then they wanted to argue with us that it was correct.

Waited at the speaker for a few minutes being told to wait. Ordered 1 combo and 2 sandwiches. When I pulled up, staff at the window did not greet me, were very unorganized and seemed to be behind on several orders, just asked for the payment and talked to one another. Noticed a staff member in the background handling food without gloves on. Asked us to pull up and wait, so I did. There were two cars in front of us waiting for their food already and several cars behind us backing up in the drive through lane. After 10 minutes, I decided I was scared to eat their food so I went in to get a refund before they could deliver the food to our car. The manager had to issue the refund. She raised her voice at me saying that they were just waiting on the chicken. That they just got done making the other two sandwiches seemingly trying to get me to change my mind and just accept the food. She yelled at her staff saying they need to know where stuff is or how to restock it or something like that. It made me very uncomfortable and anxious. She was very upset that I was asking for a refund and with her staff. She very rudely said that she couldn’t put it back on the card I used to pay. She waived her hands wildly and I stood there hoping she wouldn’t yell at me. She eventually gave me cash and I hurried out of there. I am never coming back.

Rudest and bad service on drive through and it matched the food the service… bad all around… dirty lobby and bathrooms. Bathrooms matched the fifth and rudeness of management and staff here. Quiet in lobby and now I know why they haven’t got business cause I’m obviously not the only one who has had this experience. I call corporate number cause it was so bad…. hope for a fix… but I doubt it will come…. this is not my first bad experience and I had hoped for change but didn’t get it last time…

This place is going to close down like the rest of the businesses on that side of the street if they don’t figure it out. Had to wait an extra 5 min to have my order corrected and they acted like I was there to get free food. They need someone to come in and teach them customer service because I haven’t once gotten great service from this place. I usually give a place a few tries before I flat out leave a bad review.

I want to send a to the crew and food at the Wendy’s on Blur Ridge Blvd , Grandview Mo! I love wendys and other wendys restaurants in the area Raymore, Lee’s summit included they do not take care of the customers and food quality has gone down! But Grandview oh my gosh I had not beem there for YEARS and went the other day. Not only was the staff very pleasant the food was fresh. They asked us to wait for fresh chicken and when we got the food everything was freshly cooked and omgosh the hamburgers there are those of yesteryear! Thank you!!!!

Worst burger I’ve ever had. Wanted to try the collab Krabby patty burger. Opened the sandwich to find a small patty and no pickle or onion. Took one bite and the patty was hard to the point it crunched. It had a horrible burnt taste. Flipped the patty over it was burnt black to a crisp. I just threw it away. Never got a burnt burger from Wendy’s before but let me tell you the taste is unforgettably awful. I rarely go to Wendy’s because the quality has declined but I went against my better judgement to try the new burger. That was my last visit to a Wendy’s ever. Oh and get rid of the automated “order when you’re ready” drive through message. If you say anything, the guy yells that he’s not ready. Nothing like getting yelled at before ordering poor quality food.

This Wendy’s is the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to and that’s saying something because all Wendy’s are basically hell on earth. When taking my order they had the comprehension skills of a slug. Then they had me pull up in the line and wait close to 10 minutes while they served 3 other people behind me in line. I only ordered a bacon burger and fries. There was no bacon on my bacon burger. 0/5 this place is basically the chum bucket.
