Absolutely worth the trip! We heard about Meet Korean BBQ from friends and family who had already been and raved about it – and it did not disappoint. We’ve been to high-end KBBQ spots in Vegas and other cities, and this is right up there with the best of them.

The meats were top-notch – excellent quality and flavor. Huge shout-out to Andre, who cooked everything to perfection exactly the way we liked it. He was friendly and made great conversation, which really added to the experience. Ivy also did an amazing job making our drinks.

Outstanding food, great service, and an all-around fantastic experience. We’ll definitely be back and recommending it to others.

The meat here is incredibly fresh and of excellent quality. The service is warm, attentive, and truly thoughtful—staff made us feel welcome throughout our visit. The entire dining experience was smooth and enjoyable, with great attention to detail. Every dish was beautifully presented, carefully crafted, and extremely delicate in flavor. Highly recommend!

Incredibly tasty cuts of meat. This is a more upscale classy KBBQ spot, and the flavors really showed true. At some places the non-marinated cuts of meat do not shine, but this was not the case at all. We order two pork cuts (marinated shoulder and pork belly) and 2 beef cuts (American Waygu, bulgogi)

Service wasn’t the best, they were also super busy I guess. I was celebrating my bday and was told I’d get free wine when making the reservation. Didn’t ever get any during the time we were there…

Best korean restaurant in Seattle! The artistry with which we were served and the meat was cooked is unparalleled! The flavors are just out of this world! We ordered the Signature Feast and seafood pancake – everything else is an add on! For a date night or a dinner with friends you will be the star of the evening for recommending it!

Service and atmosphere was great. Our main server Yejin and the other staff was great.

The wine bottle we wanted to order was not available.

We chose the “finest feast” option for two (total $258). Japanese and American wagyu were excellent, however the kalbi fat ratio was a bit overwhelming, to the point where it felt like we were eating just fat.

Our original server asked how we wanted our meat and I asked for medium rare and my partner medium, however the people who grill the meat changed between two servers and this was not communicated at all.

Have had tons of experience with wagyu and Kobe beef in Japan and hanwoo in korea. So I may have been expecting too much given the similar price points.

I have been to this restaurant a few times. It used to be such a good place to enjoy Korean BBQ, with good service and quality meat.

My recent experience is that THEIR SERVICE QUALITY HAS DEGRADED given a mandatory 20% service charge. The server burned our food TWICE!

We ordered a dry aged ribeye and asked for it to be cooked as medium. The server acknowledged but had to leave our table a few times, while the steak was being cooked (which I totally understand given how many tables they have to attend to at the same time).

However, when we got the steak, it was very dry and clearly overcooked. We brought it up with the server and he started to explain why IT WAS NOT OVERCOOKED without even understanding our reasons. He did apologized eventually and promised he would take more care of the rest of our dishes.

And he burned our marinated short ribs…and yet again tried to explain why IT WAS NOT BURNT. He did agree to replace the dish but gave us a subpar replacement. And he managed to burn the fat into flame and heavy smoke, which shows clearly lack of experience and a bit disrespectful.

Yet we have to pay 80 dollars for this kind of service. Totally disappointed.

They are undoubtedly the best at grilling meat. The quality of the beef is also top-notch. When you dip the perfectly grilled, high-quality beef in just sun-dried salt, the meat’s true flavor shines through. It’s our family’s favorite place to dine out.

We’ve been to Meet twice now and absolutely love it! Not only is the food amazing, the staff and owner are so friendly. I love that the owner also works the floor, cooking and serving food…it really shows great leadership.

Food is on the pricier side, but the quality is worth it. Each time we’ve ordered 3 – 4 meats à la carte. The zabuton is my favorite, it melts in your mouth!

We had an amazing experience at Meet Korean BBQ! We tried the Beef Feast along with the beef tartare for two, and it was absolutely delicious. The Beef Feast came with four different cuts of beef, each one cooked perfectly by our server, who was so nice and attentive. It also included steamed egg, salad, cheese corn, and beef stew, all of which were fantastic. The “small” portion was just right for the two of us—plenty of food without feeling overwhelming.

I recommend making a reservation—we called the night of, and the gentleman on the phone was kind enough to save a table for us at 9:15. Amazing experience all around!

It is unfortunately a big “No” for us for the future. On the positive note, the beef quality was genuinely good. For two people we ordered a 40-day dry-aged steak ($99) and a Kalbi Short Rib ($59).

However, the enjoyable experience ended on a very disturbing note. We found metal wires embedded in the beef, likely from a steel grill brush (the one in the pic is the 2nd one we found after we gave the waiter the 1st one). This is a serious food safety issue. By the time we noticed it, we had already eaten most of the dish, which made us worried about potentially ingesting metal fragments.

The restaurant removed the Kalbi from the bill and discounted the rest slightly, but the concern about safety outweighs the compensation. A mandatory 20% gratuity was still applied.

Food safety should never be compromised. Wouldn’t come back again unless the restaurant re-evaluates its grill cleaning procedures.
