I have been to this McDonald’s several times. Earlier this week I went there after working 13 hours. Ordered 3 items, not 20, but after paying and pulling up to the second window, I was greeted by a very unprofessional boy. Gave me attitude and abruptly pointed at me and brashly told me to pull forward. So I did. I sat there for 20 minutes. Let me say that again 20 minutes for 2 burgers, and chicken nuggets. Others pulled forward behind me and got their food before I did. Finally getting my food. I asked why I had to wait. The next boy was sarcastic and said it’s because you’re food had to be fresh. Like the 3 cars behind me didn’t have fresh food? Management needs to step in and train them up or train them out.

Absolute worst service! Started at the drive thru while trying to order and the lady just goes silent and says nothing, we say hello, and she rudely says hello like we were the issue! Got to the window and wanted little to no interaction. Not just that but didn’t even get all the food we ordered but I don’t think she heard us ordering it due to not actively listening while we ordered. No receipt so not sure what I paid for. If you don’t like people, try a job that’s not guest service maybe..

So they’ve pretty much gone to touch screen ordering, & you’re lucky if you can get somebody at the counter. The food is still pretty much the same, unhealthy but some of it is tasty. I tried the Bacon Special Edition Gold McCrispy Sandwich, and was pretty disappointed. The best part about it was the sauce. I usually just swing through when they have the pumpkin cream pie available, and I’ll occasionally get an apple pie. Other than that, I usually avoid McDonald’s.

If I could I would give this interaction negative stars. Waited 50 minutes for a curbside order. Had to go in and they cant find my order. They said I didnt have an order even when I showed the order receipt on the app and where they already charged my bank account. Had to get a refund after wasting almost an hour trying to get a quick dinner for my kids. After leaving, we went down to Chik Fil A. Went thru Chik Fil A’s drive thru in less than 5 minutes. Thank you Chik Fil A for being dependable fast food.

Just like others are saying waiting forever for them to just clear the order when I still had a drink that was missing. I asked for the mocha frappe that I ordered. 10 minutes goes by which I still don’t have. I spent my 30 minute lunch for a double cheeseburger six nuggets and a mocha frappe. I never got the frappe eventually just walked out.

Food is either cold or inaccurate. The morning and early afternoon employees are typically pretty friendly but as it gets later in the day, the food and service really begin to suffer. It has gotten so much worse since the remodel.

every employee at this location is so rude. you can be the easiest customer they have and there’s always a crappy attitude no matter what time of day you go. management sucks. they constantly mess up orders. this place is a JOKE.
