I used the Buffalo Wild Wings app to place an order for carry out to expedite my dinner needs. I ordered the BOGO 10 pc boneless wings and a few other items. I call the restaurant to request the wings to be well done and extra wet because if I don’t, the wings come out partially sauced. The woman I was on the phone with was rude. Talked over me while I made my request and hung up before I could finish what I needed. I get to the restaurant at my scheduled time and was not serviced for 10 minutes. I got my bag and it looks like the order was rushed out the door. Sauce all over the side and bottom of the box, the wings do not look extra wet and the divider looks like they just threw the thing in there. I don’t expect a whole lot from a chain restaurant but some decency and a little bit of effort goes a long way. $40 for bad attitude, poor presentation and lack of service.

The triple bacon smash burger is really good! Thick cut smoky bacon and fresh toppings. Potato wedges with beer cheese dip. All I could say was wow. We did the pick 6. $28 for 2 is pretty cheap these days.

Seriously??? I paid $59.88 for this for 3 people??? The wings are as much bone as there is meat. The buffalo dip has good flavor then there’s this dark, hard clump of overcooked dip that ends up being about 1/2 of the container.
The salt vinegar was nothing more than barely salted wings…no vinegar at all.
Unfortunately, we did a pick up order and live 1/2 hr away and my mistake for not checking everything before we left the store.
Nope, I’m done. I’ll travel to Lafayette from now on and go to Wings, Etc.

I Edited this for full context. I came when it was snowing outside. I had to shovel out snow to be able to drive here. All that effort to be robbed. Ordered a Chicken sandwich with fries and the 20 piece boneless wings deal which should come with large fries. They only gave me one box of fries and it was regular size. I ordered 3 flavors for the wings and they only put 2 flavors. I checked the receipt for everything and the stuff was on the receipt, so I’m not sure why it was omitted. The Fries were also extremely hard, probably old. This should’ve lasted me the weekend. I really don’t want to go and drive in this cold weather with snow everywhere. I live in Dallas and was in town for work. This was not worth 20+ dollars. The Boneless wings also had very small pieces mixed in. Avoid this place. These are mistakes that save them money and rob you.

I recently placed a large order at Buffalo Wild Wings on January 30th , and there was a mistake—but the manager went above and beyond to fix it. She immediately acknowledged the error, handled everything professionally, and even said she appreciated that I didn’t call and curse her out like some customers might
I also realize I should have double-checked my order before leaving, given how big it was. Mistakes happen, but the way this was handled really stood out. It’s rare to see service where someone genuinely cares about making things right without any back-and-forth. Big thanks to the manager and the team for their care and professionalism—I truly appreciated it!

We’ve been B-dubs fans for many years, and have probably been to this location more than 50 times. Over the years, with changes in personnel, they’ve deserved anywhere from 2-5 stars.
My wife and I met our youngest son there for dinner on May 2, 2025, and our visit was as close to perfect as it could be. Great job greeting us as we entered and as we left. Excellent service. Excellent job by the kitchen getting our food out quickly on a busy night. Excellent quality food. Whoever the current managers are, you’ve got a good staff right now, and this was one of the best Buffalo Wild Wings experiences we’ve ever had! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Absolute fail! Ordered online, supposed to be ready at 750pm stood for 13 minutes without even being greeted. Ignored by several staff members. Finally got my order 25 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. No silverware, no napkins, no celery, no carrots (paid extra for veggies). Kokomo store….so better.

This is by far the worst experience I have ever had!!! Do not eat here!!! We were treated rudely by the waitress and are food didn’t come for over an hour and a half despite going up to complain 4 different times and are friends got there food about an hour before even though we were at the same table and order at the same time. Manger did nothing except offer to replace the order next time. I.wanted a full refund and she tried to say it would take a month to get the money back wow what a lie. I will never eat there again. And I will be contacting the store manager

I really enjoyed my trip to Bdubs. They were having a really good deal when I went. It was buy one get one free bone in wings. It’s really great bang for your buck. I enjoyed my wings and was able to try multiple flavors. I am only leaving a 4 star review due to my friends bonless wings caming out cold.
