I bought a chicken chalupa supreme luxe 8 dollar Luxe box and I cant make a change for guacamole from the cheese with chips on the app so I ask through drive through and I had to pay almost 2 dollars extra for that and I dont care to much about that its when I got to the window at 8:05 the fryers were “malfunctioning” and i had to sit and pick somthing that was less expensive than a chalupa and wasnt compensated for it. But out of all that, I go to eat my food at home and there is only one bag of chips Instead of 2 with just cheese and guacamole. Cmon guys im sure REV is due to come in soon I work fast food

Been here 4 times and everytime its been very good, I only eat fast food occasionally. New to California. The east coast taco bell was typically a regretful waste of money, like 9 out of 10 times. Om leaving this post b3cause this location and the other location by hilltop have restored my faith in taco bell! Thank you to the workers!

Since a recent rebuild, everything really has improved here. Food taste and quality is much better. Staff has always been decent for fast food. Service is fast. And Burger King seems to currently have the best burger for the price in my opinion. Cheaper than every nearby location.

Drive thru has been the slowest experience consistently in the last 10 years of my life. Why am I always waiting 30 minutes or more in line with only 3 cars ahead of me? Don’t waste your time….

Absolutely worst service ever. Took so long when there was only 3 cars ahead of mine. When I got up to the window, I got my drinks and I paid for my food and then was sitting in the car for another 15 minutes waiting for the food to come out just for the employee to open up the window and asked me to pay again I told him I already paid and he looked at me like I was crazy and got his manager who then again tried to make me pay and I said I already paid. I have the bank statement if you need to see it, and the other server started yelling my order out to me, which wasn’t even my order while the manager was insisting that I had to pay cause she’s not gonna give away free food. I then again said I already paid that isn’t my order you haven’t given me my food. She finally got her head working and realized I in fact had paid and they made a mistake saying my order was already done. Just can’t believe this is the service they think is okay.

It was so cold inside you could see your breath. The employees did bother to say anything to us as their customer. No one cleaned the lobby, we had to wipe our own table. Sad this was the Taco Bell I would always choose to go to. Hope I dont get sick

The food has been good in the past, so lately I had been willing to wait 15 minutes in line. But, this last time i ordered a soda, soft taco supreme and a chalupa. The soft taco had sour cream layered on the outside of the taco?? And I asked the worked, “are you sure this is DIET coke?” For him to assure me with certainty, only later realizing it was not. I guess this location has just been going downhill

Ordered 1 meal and 2 items. Asked for sauce they gave me 2 packets even after I asked. Then the meal item was wrong and they forgot one of my items.

I have been a dasher and a customer here, yesterday I came into the store as a dasher and the manager was already yelling at another dasher.I asked for my order and he started yelling more, then continued to yell at guests. I ended up having to bring my husband in because I felt unsafe and the yelling escalated. I do not recommend going into this store if you are a dasher at all, and customers unfortunately arent exempt from the yelling either.
