We placed an order online. We arrived to pick it up at the drive-thru and it wasn’t ready. We had to wait for it to be prepared. When we got home, the burrito was extremely small. I’m so disappointed because I’ve always ordered them and they’re a good size, not this small.

I ordered the Build-Your-Own bundle online for pickup. I bought this because I was staying in a nearby campsite and I planned on eating it over 2-3 days. It’s suppose to feed 4-6 people but when I split it into the paper Chipotle bowls they provided it was less than 3 typical bowls that I get when eating at Chipotle. Even with the 2 bags of chips and salsa and a $10 discount it was $15 per bowl which normally costs $10 each. Not a good deal at all.
Portion size on TO GO ORDERS is something Chipotle is known for being REALLY BAD AT because in person you can ask for more of everything except protein. The 3 main containers were chicken, beans and rice and all were about half full so If they were full I would have gotten closer to the 6 portions they claim.

This was our first visit to Chipotle but not the last! the service was exceptional and friendly!! clean but feels like eating in a clean warehouse! however, we had a good time talking with those working behind the counter!!
and beyond that we got generous portions of really good Barbacoa beef bowl with lots of salsa chips with more salsa! can’t beat it!!

If you want spicy, they got it. The burritos are huge, enough for two people. I prefer the burrito bowl. Makes for great leftover salads. Some days the meats can be dried out and other days it’s perfect. But still a good deal for the price.

We have visited this location many times. 10+. All but once every empty table was dirty, the floor was dirty and the service us slow. I am in line now, 3:15 on a Monday. 8 people ahead of me and only 2 staff on the line. A chaser and a builder. It has been 10 min in line. 5 more and I’m out. Management needs to observe their surroundings
NEW VISIT 3-18-25. Best service during this visit. 4:40pm. Friendly smile and service from the girl on the line. The guy in the kitchen was nonstop cutting and cooking. The guy on the register was nice and quick. The entire staff today was working and preparing. 4:56 they were hit with a tennis team and multiple customers, a line to the door. They were prepared with the exception of dirty tables.

Terrible service. This location is an absolute joke. Mobile pickup was not ready for another 25 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. Food quality was mediocre as well. Chipotle clearly does not care about this location as the auto responses to these reviews show. Save your money!

The food is good and it’s always busy, which is a good sign. However, they really need to train their staff better on gluten-free options and cross-contamination. Even though they do have gluten-free choices, it seems like the staff aren’t aware of cross-contamination risks. For example, they’ve used the same spoon that touched wheat tortillas to serve ingredients into gluten-free bowls that were specifically ordered for allergies or celiac needs. The atmosphere is like any other Chipotle, and the food itself is tasty. But they definitely need better training for their team on this issue.

Very Poor Customer Service – Order Left Sitting While Staff Ignored Customers
I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received during my recent visit. When I arrived to pick up my online order, I could clearly see it sitting on the counter, ready to go. However, the employee standing right next to it was focused on cleaning and made absolutely no effort to acknowledge waiting customers.
When I politely called out that I was there for a pickup, he looked up with an annoyed expression, dismissively said “one sec,” and then continued cleaning for another two minutes while my food just sat there. This wasn’t a matter of him finishing up something urgent—my order had clearly been ready and waiting, getting cold.
The lack of awareness and customer service was shocking. I understand that cleaning is important, but when there are customers waiting and orders ready to be handed out, that should take priority. The employee’s bothered demeanor made the experience even worse.
I strongly urge management to better train staff on customer service priorities. Acknowledging customers promptly and handing out ready orders should come before non-urgent cleaning tasks. This experience has made me reconsider whether I’ll return to this location.

I ordered my food via the Chipotle app to be delivered. When I received it, my steak was burnt to an absolute crisp. It wasn’t even edible, I had to eat everything else around it. This is not the first time I have received food from this particular location this way. It was an already small portion of meat made even smaller by being completely burnt and inedible.

I hate it. I went there expecting to fulfill my stomach with some amazing chipotle bowl but what do I get? A worker that does not even want to work there. Don’t get me wrong I love the food, but the service was so bad that it legit upset me.
When my turn came, I asked for my usual chicken bawl, and of course there was no rice. And he did indeed put a tiny portion of it, next thing was the chicken that I order, I was feeling fancy and I ordered the NEW honey chicken, I was greeted with 3 pieces of chicken, so I decided to go for double this time because I was feeling hungry, and nonetheless, I indeed asked for double with veggies, corn, sour cream, and cheese. When I went to pay, I was slammed with a whopping $19, AND I have not ordered anything else, no drink no chips no guacamole, nothing. AND not to mention, I did not get any receipt.
Thank you for understanding, I hope this gets reviewed because my experience was utterly terrible.
