The food was great. The service was even better. London and the other employee (that i didnt catch her name) were both amazing. They had our food out to us quick, they brought it out to us, they kept checking to see if we needed anything. Definitely the best experience ive had at Carls Jr in a very long time. The service Cookie provided went way above the normal fast food experience. Bringing out food out for us and checking up to make sure we didn’t need anything else and bringing us more condiments. Best customer service I’ve ever had at a fast food joint.

Had the WORST experience at this Carl’s Jr. I came here specifically for their biscuit and gravy combo. I’ve always had a wonderful experience with your biscuit and gravy anywhere else, but this place definitely needs to do way better! The gravy was not built to consistency and thick enough. It literally tasted like paste. I gave the service 3 stars because I got my money back, but please take this as feedback to do better!

Our server Cookie went above and beyond to make our dining experience memorable. After she took our order and brought the food to our table, she circled back around 10 minutes after to see if we needed anything else, including bringing more ketchup packets with her. Large drink? No it’s small at this point when you’re filling it almost to the top with ice. Drank it before I could finish my food. (3) piece tenders were small! $6.49 for a 3 piece tenders that are smaller than your middle finger is ridiculous. I will not be eating here again. Bleh. Fries were the only thing that actually tasted good. I’m not hating on Carl’s Jr. maybe i just came to wrong location. Not every location is the same with quality.

On a Sunday afternoon so it wasn’t busy. I was impressed by the interior of this particular location. The food was good. It’s a small thing, yet it isn’t, to get even fast food that shows some care. I know these places can get very busy, but when a hamburger isn’t just thrown together, it just tastes better. I haven’t been to Carl’s Jr in a long time but I had a craving for the Western burger. If the employees, the service, the food is always like this, then it’s a great place when the BBQ-bacon-onion ring-burger craving strikes.

Wow!!! As soon as I walked into the store cookie was ready to greet us with the biggest smile in the universe, hands down the best service I have received in 20 years. I will continue to come down here every week I live down in Roy and riverdale is closer yes, but I was down in Ogden once and thought I’d pass by and I’ll be driving down to 12th street once a week now!! Somebody give this woman a raise!! Food was amazing service was amazing everything was just amazing!
