I go to Taco Bell often and something just felt off at this location. First thing was the bean burritos I ordered where so thin and small I thought they had a bean shortage , second my soft taco tortilla was crispy like a quesadilla I made at home , third item was beefy cheesy 5 layer burrito was all beans no beef and no sauces , the last complaint was the workers all stopped working for a ex employee shortly to say hello which is not bad but one employee at down with said person and was laughing so loud and talking so loud it was not enjoyable eating in the dining area

I stopped by here on my trip to Las Vegas and it was around 10:00 p.m. The inside of the restaurant was closed for the evening. The drive-thru had a lot of cars in line. I waited in line for about 10-15 minutes to order and get my food. Their food was really good. My quesadilla was actually cooked correctly. I’ve been to many other Taco Bell’s and for some reason every time I get a quesadilla it doesn’t seem to be all the way cooked or the cheese isn’t melted all the way. Finally a location that cooks the food correctly!

I’m a regular customer at this Taco Bell, but today’s experience at the Palmdale & Amargosa location made me decide I won’t be returning.
While waiting for my order, I attempted a simple bit of small talk with the cashier — nothing intrusive, just normal customer interaction. She completely ignored me. Not “didn’t hear me,” not “busy helping someone else,” just flat-out ignored me.
The interaction was so unexpectedly dismissive that it genuinely threw me off. I left feeling embarrassed and uncomfortable, which is the last thing anyone should feel at a place they visit often.
I don’t expect over-the-top friendliness, but I do expect basic acknowledgment and respect. Today made it clear that this location can’t provide that, so I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
If management reviews this, they’ll know exactly who was working the register at 12:36 p.m. on February 9th. I’m including this information so the situation can be addressed appropriately.

this is unfortunately the second time this has happened. i’ve always ordered a blackbean crunch wrap with no sour cream, sub for creamy jalapeño. And it’s been perfect except for these last two times. Both times I’ve received seemingly barely any black beans, any creamy jalapeño and included sour cream despite asking for none.

Waited 10min just to order, no one in line, just me. Took forever to receive my order. Then the order was wrong..Then the young man touched the tip of my cup, where you drink from with his bare hands. No customer service, dirty environment. Never going back here

Very bad attitude the white lady with the blonde hair chubby looking said she was the manager 12/14/2025 at 3:39 pm taking orders from the drive thru window don’t know how to talk to customers, I asked her a question she replied and tells me like I said once again that is not a way to talk. I used the rest room here and noticed after I finished there was no toilet paper. I texted my husband to get me some toilet paper. He let an employee know and she wanted to put it in herself but he let her know that I was in there currently. He asked if be could just hand it to me because my pants were down. She said no that she has to go in and put it in herself. What was I suppose to do let her in while my pants and underwear were down?!?! or just sit there waiting for nothing?! Weird employees!!!

I used to hate tacobell from the bottom of my heart because of how bad the portions were in the food I would order… but then I realised that tacobell wasn’t the problem, it was the tacobell on bear valley that sucks. I came here out of desperation, not expecting to like tacobell again, and I left with a full stomach, which never happens at the tacobell on bear valley. I hate the tacobell on bear valley.
