Chico, our server was great. He came by multiple times to see how we’re doing. The food was good too. The whole time we sat and ate the manager (in a red shirt) was sitting down on her phone the whole time while other employees cleaned up, took orders, etc. I’m assuming on the clock. Coming from someone that’s been a part of management that’s pretty crazy and shouldn’t be seen.

Visited here on a Saturday morning. Place was steady, not busy. No wait. Restaurant was clean and we were sat at a table immediately. Server was quick and attentive. Pricing went up quite a bit from what I remember a year ago, but I guess that’s normal these days. Came out to about 24 bucks each for a party of four.

IHOP is always good. Surprisingly good burgers. They’re Juicy and cooked through but not dry.. The Breakfast links are gross I think. Probably cause they often seem steamed rather than browned how I prefer.

It has gone done hill a lot definitely won’t be coming back payed almost 20 dollars for a meal that I could made from a frozen box. Water was spilt on the floor and was not cleaned up and no sign posted to let others know. With my wife being 9 months pregnant that is a hazard. This place needs a lot of improvement. Get it together owners. We are going to Red Robin next time.

Impeccable customer service.
From the moment we walked in we were acknowledged and greeted. Seated immediately and brought out beverages by Arlene.
Dariel, our waiter was exceptional. I loved his plan of putting the menus at the end of the table to signify when we were ready to order. He took great care of us during our meal.
The food… was ok. My mom ordered the Sirloin tips with mashed potatoes. The mashed potatoes tasted off/ sour, Dariel was prompt and urgent in his resolve with this. I wasn’t impressed with the sirloin tips much either from the bite I had from my moms plate.
I had the Spicy Pablano Omelette. It was ok.
During our meal, I overheard Arlene give praise to the staff, the kitchen crew included. That was really awesome to see and hear as she acknowledged the great work and teamwork demonstrated by the team.
I was entirely more impressed with the customer service at this restaurant vs the food.

would have just talked to management however, there was not a manager on duty. I called IHOP and there was a miscommunication with the lady that had answered my call-Celeste. I asked who is this and instead of reiterating that This is IHOP and her name she decided to pass me along to a male co worker so he could handle the phone call. While trying to talk with him i could hear her laughing into the phone. It is not hard to answer a phone call professionally and not laugh at customers when calling. I was also hung up on and this would be totally understandable if i was rude however i had not even had the opportunity to ask my question yet let alone be mean. i would recommend customer phone call training since unfortunately it seems to be an issue at this location.

Worst breakfast I’ve had in a very long time. Almost 5 dollars for a soda. Ordered the fresh berry crepes and it’s came with no cream inside just literaly 6 slices of strawberries. Half of our order was wrong as well

We absolutely love this place. The view, the atmosphere, the relaxing vibe is awesome. Breakfast is the best. The servers are just the friendliest and the sweetest ladies. The $6 menu is a fantastic deal

Haven’t eaten at IHOP in several years. Recently my daughter and I decided to have breakfast together and chose our local IHOP restaurant. I was impressed with the variety of breakfast options available which made it difficult for me to choose. I was pleased to find the food isn’t greasy or over salted. I’m definitely looking forward to trying other things on the menu.
