I had an absolutely unacceptable customer service experience at Panda Express with an employee named Kia. She was rude, dismissive, and acted as if doing her job was a burden. There was zero professionalism, no courtesy, and no attempt to provide basic customer service.

If this is the attitude she brings to work, she clearly does not belong in a customer-facing role. With that level of disrespect, she should consider applying at McDonald’s—because this behavior is not appropriate for Panda Express or any establishment that values its customers. Employees like this damage your brand and reflect poorly on management for allowing it.

Whoever was managing this location on 01/05 demonstrated extremely unprofessional behavior.
A young teenage employee arrived for his shift and was immediately pulled aside and yelled at loudly in front of customers and staff. This was not a private or constructive conversation — it was public humiliation.
No employee, especially a young one, should be spoken to this way in a workplace. The employee was visibly embarrassed and distressed, and the situation created an uncomfortable environment for everyone present.
This behavior does not align with what I would expect from a company like Panda Express, and I sincerely hope this is not representative of their management standards.
I am posting this to bring attention to a serious leadership issue and encourage appropriate internal review.

I was waiting in line for 15 minutes for someone to make my plate the lady that started wrote what I wanted then put my plate down and started making everyone else’s plate that only spoke Spanish and didn’t give me any type of attention and the cashier who was a guy was rude as hell. If your gonna start an order finish it as well don’t go based on what language someone speaks. Been coming to this one since I was a little girl and this is my first horrible experience

I arrived 2 hours before they closed with my family and kids . They were out of teriyaki chicken which is all my kids eat from the menu . I asked the employee if I can have my kids sample an orange chicken to see if my kids like it to avoid driving somewhere else . The employee said that they could not do samples . I have a family of 5 and if we had ate here I’m sure the sample would have been well worth it . I literally sampled something a week before from the same place .

For starters, when I arrived around 7:45 – 8 o’clock, the drive thru was packed. I thought to myself, “Oh hell no.” The dining room was half full with people steadily coming in. YES,they were really busy! But I took that as a good sign. Because so many people can’t be wrong. So my friend and I were going to dine in anyway. The dining room was in pretty good shape. Considering how busy they were. Melvin, who helped us with our selections, was doing a variety of things. But when he assembled our plates. He was friendly, polite, and composed. I’m a question asker, and he answered my questions with a good attitude. A big plus for me. after he completed our plates and placed them in the checkout area. Kia, picked up the task at that point. This young lady was friendly, bright, and handling the hell out of her position at the counter. She was helping restock food, serving extras and side items, slicing fresh grilled chicken that looked delicious, completing to go orders for people that were there to pick up and checking out customers like us! THE FOOD was above satisfactory! Good job, kitchen!
Overall, the kitchen was humming! That’s good teamwork!

Bad reviews obviously a hint saying not to go so I went to panda express previously I visited panda express in different location I really like fried rice and all entrées but here this location omg seriously in fried rice rice is not boiled properly n when asked she says this is fried rice this how its cooked lol it isn’t cooked properly like they are like soaked grains itself clearly people cooking here doesn’t know how to cook but entrees are fine. They have the audacity to say it is how it is very bad taste fried rice has no salt no pepper very bad couldnt eat .

Bad Customer Service Silly Kids working here 12/5/25 when you see a black female standing in line to get food and skip me and wait on Spanish guy speaking your native tongue. I had to tell her it was my turn. The man that was Spanish apologize for her rude Customer service. Panda Express get another Server for food. She Clearly show Racisim!!!!

Being bullied to order more food and forced to pay is manipulation!!!
I clearly told her I want to panda bowls and an a 2 entree plate. Im with my kids were ordering i get to the register and told her I didn’t order the three 2-entree plates!!!! This is absurd. I been coming here for years. These corporations trying to take every dollar we got is wrong.
