I ordered a bowl of chicken pot pie soup online ($7.67) but the order did not go through so I went to the store and purchased it for $10.57 on my lunch break. When I got back to work I look at my email and to my surprise my online order had been placed. I called the store and explained what happened , asked if I could just pick up an order when I got off later that evening after 5:30PM. I was told to bring my receipt and proof of the online order and come back and they would prepare my order since I did not ask for a refund. I went back and they gave me some OLD reheated something, the only thing fresh was the pastry. I always have issues at this location so going forward I won’t be back. This is unacceptable. Pictures enclosed. The first picture is soup from my lunch break and the second picture is from this evening (it smells scorched.) These are my receipts as well. I knew something was funny because the lady on the to go side still had the bag and asked if I was the lady. The lady who took my order was watching me as I was trying to watch her bag the supposed new order.

Stopped in at this Jason’s Deli and had a really solid experience. The lady working the register was super nice and helpful, which is always appreciated.
The food was reasonably priced, came out fast, and tasted great. I got the Chipotle Chicken Avocado sandwich and it definitely hit the spot. The guys I was with ordered the Santa Fe and the Beefeater and both of them were happy with what they got too.
The place itself was clean, spacious, and not too loud. We were able to grab a quiet booth and actually talk without feeling cramped or rushed, which was a nice change of pace.
Overall, just a good, easy meal with friendly service. I’d come back again without hesitation.

I have been coming to this location, as well as many others, since they first opened. I love Jason’s Deli. I love the chicken salad plate, fresh fruit with dip, the spuds, soup, salad bar, even the crackers are awesome! You guys are the bomb. Keep it up! But you are too expensive! Please don’t raise prices anymore or I won’t be able to continue dining there!

Awesome location and extremely peaceful. The staff is great and right down the road from Six Flags. So should you parents would like a place down the street while the kiddos are dropped off at the fun park this is the place to be. This location really makes you feel welcome. Thank you team.

The SPICY Seafood gumbo OMG ! THE BOMB I’ve Only Ordered Delivery From here but there spicy seafood gumbo is amazing and the chicken Alfredo is okay lots of sauce like I like it could be more cheesey though. Food was so delicious had to order again.

I went into the restaurant because I got a text message saying I could get a free bowl of soup if I ordered an adult meal when I got there I did not have an account so they told me I could not get the free soup even though they texted me that I could have it
The sandwich itself the meat was a little dry and also my bread was very soggy even though it was supposed to be toasted.
I ordered a broccoli and cheese soup which was very good if I went back I would only order the soup not get a sandwich.

I ordered 2 of the big chef salads and a 32 oz tea for a friend and I. I did not receive the tea. The tomatoes on the salad were half rotten. The salad itself was not worth what I paid. It’s the smallest most expensive and disgusting salad I have ever tasted. Never again. Too many times I’ve had issues with Jason’s Deli.

I’d feel differently if 1. I had been told he thought it was a salad which is what the menu says is the extra charge or 2. If it was that amount worth the $ 3 small pineapples 3 small strawberries and 4 grapes isn’t
The food has always been pretty good especially the stuff they don’t carry any more like the burnt ends mac and cheese

Great atmosphere very Few people here at the time that I had dined in they have a TV.In the corner the bathrooms are clean.They were very quick with the meal.They were constantly wiping counters down so it’s a very clean.Very productive environment.I recommend it for families or even just for a Lunch out with the family or Love once plus the free ice cream
