This IHOP location truly has some of the best customer service and the cleanest environment I’ve ever experienced. The food is always fresh, and every visit feels fun, welcoming, and comfortable.
The staff is extremely attentive, especially when I’m dealing with work matters. From my coffee being constantly refilled to checking in at just the right moments, they always go above and beyond. Carlos helped me today and was amazing—very attentive, friendly, and on top of everything, which made my experience even better.
I also had the pleasure of meeting the store manager, Stephanie, and she is a wonderful General Manager—kind, professional, and genuinely caring. You can tell her leadership reflects in the entire team.
There was no wait time at all—within about 20 seconds I was seated, and my table was spotless. Everything from cleanliness to service is consistently top-notch.
Highly recommend this location if you want great food, fast seating, and outstanding customer service!

Came here in the morning after the night shift, the coffee has never tasted so dang good, not sure if it was the 12 hour shift but it tasted fresh and robust. Got the biscuits and gravy for breakfast very tasty and not too overapiced, Christmas music was playing, coffee was brewing and I got a small tinge of nostalgia when I was a kid. It reminded me of going to the stores with my parents, anyways great coffee and the gravy was delicious.

Iam AT IHOP right now. I come here twice a week. The waiters are always professional and efficient. I actually love giving them the highest TIP because they deserve it. Best variety food in town. One waiter in particular is Domique who is so mice and professional. Gotta go and finish my meal before it gets cold

Our experience was great! Danny Luna our waiter was wonderful. He is very attentive, detailed with our orders, polite and over provided amazing service. Food was excellent, it tasted even better with the service he provided. Gracias Danny.

Today we went to lunch. Burgers were super dry. Servers continuously mixed our orders with that of another tables. Their system was down for payment and they had us wait almost an hour to pay our check without any discounts. Server Samantha was nice but overwhelmed . Would not go back.

I’ve been to this restaurant probably about twenty five times.. each time I go to the restaurant,food gets worse, and the service is slow and incomplete.. the other day I ordered breakfast. the order was totally wrong.The eggs were not made the way I wanted them. i could see the eggs were wrong and I asked her, what kind of eggs?, she said, well done?And I said, well, I want it over easy, and she said, well, that’s what you got. Over east egg…. lol and so I had to send them back. Then they bring me my pancakes looks like they got them at the freezer, they’re extremely cold. I have to send them back. each item I ordered they bring at separate times.
I believe this restaurant doesn’t throw food away on return items. I believe that if some food come back to the kitchen, not touched by a customer,they put it a side and resend the items back out with other customer plates. If you don’t say something , they don’t say nothing.
. on another occasion, I went there for dinner.And they bring me a salad that looked like it was frozen in a bowl for some time in the refrigerator and they served it to me and I’m looking at them, I’m like, why would you serve me a frozen salad? Had to return it for a new one.
That’s shows me that they put that return salad in the freezer to try to wait to give it to somebody elis..
i won’t be returning that was my last time..
