Love of incredible pizza with a delicious beer is universal. But, how do you stand apart from the competition, big and small? Simple: just add fire. Slinging wood fired fare since 1998, Brixx serves gourmet pizzas and wings, fresh salads, sandwiches and pastas; accompanied by a full bar with 24 craft drafts, 14 wines by the glass and custom cocktails. Our traditional and whole wheat dough, hummus, fresh mozzarella, wood-roasted chicken, salad dressings and more are scratchmade in-house. We give back to the community through Brixx Buxx events and beyond. When our neighbors need a hand, we’re there to help. That’s something Managing Partners Eric, Jeff and Barbara have insisted on from jump. We do more than make pizza – we craft connections.

Its been awhile since we’d been in. We decided to have a Sunday lunch date here and it was perfect. We were sat right awayby a friendly host and our server, Danny, was fantastic. The margarita was excellent. I had the wood grilled veggie pizza and my husband had something with pepperoni and prosciutto. We both ordered them well-done and everything was delicious. We’ll be back! Loved that Sunday was 1/2 price wine!

We tried the oven baked chicken wings (dry rub) and were really disappointed, they came out cold and didn’t taste good at all. I’m honestly hoping my husband doesn’t get sick from eating them because they were that bad. We mentioned it to our server, but she still charged us for the wings, which was frustrating.
The margarita pizza was okay, we added pepperoni, and that helped a little, but overall, the experience wasn’t great. Definitely not worth going back for.

Tried Brixx Wood Fired Pizza a couple months ago and haven’t gotten around to writing a review for them. For starters I will say I ordered them through DoorDash so this review is not on their restaurant location or service, it is strictly based on the FOOD.
I ordered the spinach artichoke dip and their bbq chicken pizza. Honestly I was going into it with the comparison to California pizza kitchen, Blaze or Pieology type of establishment. Unfortunately I feel like they fell short from the competitors.
The spinach dip wasn’t too bad, i think I could have done without the tomatoes on top and the dip was a tad bit watery. As for the pizza, I definitely felt like CPK or Pieology compared to Brixx was more superior as far as taste.

I’m always on the hunt for delicious gluten free pizza! When I saw that Brixx had a whole GF menu on their website, I knew I had to try it. I did delivery so I can’t speak to the restaurant itself, but the pizza did not disappoint! I got the Brixx Club Pizza on the GF crust, and it was delicious. I will add this place to my favorites when I visit Franklin again.

Ask for Lisa for your server! We dine out often and in many types of restaurants and she’s the best server we’ve had in a long time. She was very attentive and helpful. The food came out quickly and she brought us dressings, wet naps, and drinks before we realized we needed them. Extremely pleasant and friendly! Chris, the manager, was very friendly as well. The food was great and our favorite items were the hot honey sausage pizza and the salads.

Great place to grab a fresh hot pizza with many other items to choose from and an extensive beer and wine list. I will have to go back to try more of their items for sure. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and the location is very convenient.

10/10 went to the Franklin Tennessee location, was my first time and the very next day came back! Everything is extremely flavorful and gourmet tasting. The wings are the best wings I ever had , they are cooked on a wood fire. The s’mores pizza is the best dessert I ever had as well. Not to mention the excellent service and friendly people all around. Prices are very reasonable and can’t recommend enough.

We were in the mood for pizza and saw this place had good reviews. We ordered a small arugula & pear salad, wings (they let us get half buffalo and half honey habanero), and a mad Italian pizza. I forgot to take a photo of the pizza until we were down to two slices but we did get a whole pizza!
