Worst Popeyes in So. Cal. Order from this Popeyes through uber and my food came cold. So, this time I went to the location to order the new fish sandwich. They didn’t put pickles and a tiny dab of tartar sauce. 1st time shame on you, 2nd time shame on me. It won’t be a 3rd time. I knew better but still went against my better judgment. Thank God I had left over bbq sauce I used for my fries.

Was craving Popeyes. Disappointing experience. Fried chicken was fine. Fries were undercooked and soggy. I ordered cheesecake cup, I guess they ran out. I ordered on the app and went through drive thru. Instead of asking if I wanted replacement/refund, I was forced to accept the apple pie. I wasn’t even giving a chance to say no. When I arrived at the window, my bag was double knotted tied up. Cashier at the window simply informed of the change. Most importantly, I asked for Cajun sparkle, I didn’t get even one pack. I got a bunch of condiments I didn’t ask for. Will not be returning.

They had my food sitting out 5 minutes after I placed my mobile order at 3:20 Pick up time was 430 sitting in the container. Plus every time you asked for hot sauce on a family meal they only give you 4 packages like really!
Then when I got home my order was all wrong had to drive back to get my food. When I emailed Popeyes about this whole incident all I got was we apologize. No here’s your refund for all the trouble you went thru NOTHING!!

The service was okay. We got 2 meals and for some reason 2 different drink sizes. They were also out of honey so when I asked for some the guy gave us 2 packets and did not explain.
The chicken was a bit rubbery in the strips.
I don’t usually eat Popeyes and this trip did not convince me to keep eating it.

chicken was not hot warm if any fries weren’t hot or crispy and the biscuits were dry, almost 30 bucks for 2 orders of three chicken tender meals, gross especially sad when you dont get hot food but yet they want 20 am hr. definitely won’t be back.

The biscuits were so hard they turned to dust when bit into
Honey packets always busted so they are stuck together, bottom of bag or stuck to napkins
The red beans & rice was nearly empty
Tenders were so hard & most just crust with flour
Extremely long wait time
I never understood why they had a 3.6 rating
This is a bottom of the barrel Popeyes
This is one of those Popeyes that will close down soon

The food was good ig. I always got the Popcorn Shrimp. Im picky so I most of the time order the same thing all of the time. The biscuits were ok but the “honey” is just corn syrup so i wouldnt eat that. The chicken batter was bussin but the chicken itself was like unseasoned so pretty mid. Overall 8/10 experience. Only went here with my coworker.
