We came tonight (family of 6) and we were told that the wait for the table would be around an hour long. We actually got in half an hour earlier than expected, so kudos to all the staff that got us in quicker. We were served by Quinten, and he was absolutely phenomenal. He really made our night with his exceptional service. Super attentive, accommodating, polite, quick and overall superb service from Quinten. The food was delicious (as always), and the atmosphere at Chili’s always gives a tremendous vibe. This place is great for a family outing, a date night, or even a small dinner with a few friends. Despite having a busy night AND having a trainee, Quinten made sure we had everything we needed, and then some. Quinten went above and beyond for us tonight, and his hard work should not go unnoticed. He was on top of his game, and sincerely some of the best service we’ve ever received at a restaurant. He was a pleasure, and next time we visit, we sure do hope we see him again. 10/10, highly recommended! Shout out to ALL the fantastic staff at this location!

I never go to chains, I love the momma and papa’s and going to the fresh spots to support the locals. The store was dusty throughout, and the food was barely seasonal, if any. The service was good, and the potato soup was the bomb. Other than that, this place was a bust. This place will be closed within the next 5 years. If they don’t change something up. I hope this helps you out and have a great day.

Usually my husband and I don’t do dine in because we have 2 little ones, but this past Sunday we decided to give it a try. By the time we went, about 1:45p-2pm, the place had lot of people but we didn’t have to wait for a table. About 2:30pm, it cleared out. The food at Chili’s is the food that you known for years… the southwestern egg rolls are still the same from my high school day, pure nostalgia. Our server, Akin… man, give this guy a raise! To be that upbeat, singing on his way to kitchen; you can’t help but smile

This Chili’s location is a little off compared to other locations. The prices of some items are much higher and portions smaller. I went to four tables looking for ketchup containers that contained ketchup until I found some. They don’t honor the Chili’s rewards program either. Ordered chicken strips. They were tough and didn’t come with a knife. Everything was ok just not up to the normal standard.

My first time ever at Chili’s was at this location. I’ve heard nothing but great things about Chili’s so I was soooo excited to try them finally
We spent $80 for 2 adults and 1 toddler. We got the kid’s pepperoni pizza that came with fries & drinks for $12. 2 orders of the triple dipper, a sprite & molten cake (to go). Honestly my toddler’s food was wayyyy better than the triple dippers and I hate to admit it esp with them being $22 each. My mozzarella sticks weren’t melted so it tasted like I was eating a block of cheese with crust. Big mouths were dry but the chicken tenders (whatev they call it) was good.
the customer service was good but we most likely won’t be coming back due to the food being expensive and not worth the price.

It’s busy around dinner time and we had a short wait for a table. While waiting for our food, we played trivia games with other tables, courtesy of their iPad. You can also pay when ready from the iPad.

Ordered the Cajun pasta with grilled chicken and a glass of chardonnay. The meal was done well and had a very good flavor. My server was attentive and kept checking on me. It was fairly slow when I first got there, but the crowd started picking up. I think the restroom could use a bit more attention, but other than that, it was a pleasant dinner, and I would have no issues returning. I usually do!

Came in for a quick casual dinner and they did not disappoint! The 15-minute wait time was accurate (and we requested a booth). Service was great and food was delicious! I had the Cajun pasta with shrimp. We purposely did not eat all of our entrees so that we had room for the S’mores molten cake with ice cream!

Both our servers, the bus boy and the hostess provided amazing service. Their knowledge of the menu items we were interested in was badass. The servers were quick to ensure we had water, drinks, and that our food was to our satisfaction. Our three person party was absolutely satisfied. The menu items were on point. Restaurant was clean and in compliance with the COVID protocols. The chips and salsa was yummy as well as the brisket, street corn, chicken crispers, and garlic bread.
