Everything was perfect from A to Z. The atmosphere was incredible for a quiet night which is absolutely needed away from the bustle of the city and the staff are so welcoming and accommodating to our needs. The food is perfect, we wouldn’t change a thing about it. Overall, our experience was amazing and we will definitely be back soon!

I had a wonderful experience at Sky View Restaurant, Le Metropole Hotel. From the moment you arrive, the welcome and overall ambiance are perfect — the place feels elegant yet relaxed. The sunset and sea views from the terrace are simply stunning and create a beautiful atmosphere, especially paired with their great music selection.
The food presentation and variety were excellent, offering plenty of appealing options. While the quality of the food was good, it didn’t quite match the high standard set by the ambiance and service. However, everything was still enjoyable.
Service was flawless — attentive, professional, and friendly without being intrusive. Prices were fair considering the location, service, and overall experience.
It’s a perfect spot for a sunset dinner or special evening out in Alexandria. I’d definitely recommend it and would happily return.

Wonderful rooftop restaurant with views of the bay and sunset over Alexandria. Enter the hotel on the side away from the sea, go up the vintage lift to the top floor. Serves alcohol. Recommended.

A truly exceptional view, Old World ambience, great service by the gentlemen working there (not so much by the young waitress) marred unfortunately by a mediocre culinary experience. The seafood mezze could really use a tartar sauce or something to help make it easier to eat but the fillet flambée had little to no crust and was a very soft, textureless experience. On a positive note, the restaurant is quite affordable with everything I ordered (3 beers, 1 cocktail, 1 mocktail, 1 mezze, 1 salad) totaling just 60 USD. Special shoutout to the bathroom staff, a gentleman who offered me potentially the best service I’ve ever had in my life period. He definitely left an impression on me. All in all, the place could be genuinely incredible with just some adjustments on the menu.

The restaurant was lovely. The food was amazing, the proportion were enormous. There was complementary drinks on arrival and champagne half way through dinner. The views are stunning. The staff were so kind and accommodating for our food restrictions. Would definitely recommend and come again
