Love eating Chipotle but this time was the worst I had. I was charged extra for adding extra corn. Look how pitiful my bowl is. We were visiting from Florida where we have a bunch of Chipotle’s Restaurants everywhere. We stopped to this one expecting to have another great experience like always, but this time was the worse. The whole Restaurant was dirty!! The kitchen floor, the line with food everywhere, no trays for the food, the trash cans full, the tables dirty. Very nasty. The only person that I saw grabbing a towel to clean a little bit was the cooker that came from the back to clean the register’s area that was nasty as well. Disappointed since this Restaurant is in a tourist area where people from everywhere come to visit.

You know, this is the only Chipotle that we get to frequent, because it’s the only one in the area. You need to find better staff members or train your employees better. I just went in 5 minutes ago. And had to witness one employee worked the line alone. Busting his butt While I watched 3 other employees standing in the prep area lines of people, this poor employee had to not only start packing the burrito, then move to the cashier, then take his gloves off, do it all over again, irresponsible and ridiculous, eh. And then the quality Clean up your restaurant. Have it look appropriate and on top of it? I shouldn’t have to ask for every little thing. Scoop me the appropriate service of meat and protein and don’t be ridiculously cheap on your product. Otherwise raise your prices. Secondly, the manager did not even know how to cash out. Screwed up my ticket overcharged me as a manager. Wanted to charge me double for a queso when I was trying to just get a free one on my app,so and then had to go back for a refund that was the most stressful experience.And it’s a shame that these employees aren’t being trained better to know how to give good customer service.!!!

So I went here earlier today and got a burrito, they gave me one scoop of rice which looked small so by nature I asked the lady if I could have a second scoop and she replied with “ no if I put another scoop I won’t be able to wrap the burrito” then continued to say if I’d like another scoop they do charge extra per scoop, which I denied I got steak and queso and moved to the veggies first thing I asked for was the corn salsa which gave me about half a scoop so I asked for just a little more apologizing upon request because she seemed bothered already, once I did she signed loudly and gave me a little more. at this point I was over it I skipped all my usaul topping to avoid the negativity toward making my burrito. One experience I never want to experience again. I lost my appetite from how negatively the burrito was thrown together. Once I came around to eat it, it had upset me more knowing that it didn’t have half the things I usually like on my burrito. Chipotle is one of my favorite grab food spots but I’ll make sure I avoid this one from now on.

The service at this Chipotle was poor. I ordered a kids’ meal for my 9-year-old and a bowl for myself. The kids’ meal had only four tiny pieces of chicken. The lady who took our order was rude and disrespectful. I’m a regular at most Chipotle’s, but I won’t be returning to this location.
The guacamole was the worst I’ve ever had at Chipotle. Their guacamole is my favorite, but this location’s had no flavor or onions. The chips were stale, and there was a bone in my chicken bowl. See the photo for proof.

The service was great – they were nice and accommodating – food as always was good. You could tell they had a big rush due to the tables had trash on them along with the floor. Its hard in a tourist area to keep it clean but definitely one of those things many restaurants in this area are lacking.

Man, let me tell you. I’ve been a chipotle Connoisseur for a lot of my life. I’ve eatin many different chipotle’s across many different states. Man let me you this one was by far the best. Great service cause they could care less about portion sizes. They load that thang up and don’t charge you for extra. They be giving me double chicken for the price of regular chicken. Everything was fresher than a newborn baby in the hosptial. Frfr this place is the goat. No cap, loved it here. Peace

The garbage bins were overflowing, and the trays were missing many items. Despite this, they refused to offer a discount for the missing items. The manager was rude and the place was a mess, with food scattered all over the tables and floors. They didn’t pay attention to my order and charged me extra for an entire bowl. They also messed up my brother’s order and charged him extra for three drinks. The staff was extremely rude.

1st off, the people working were quite rude and demanding.
2nd, the atmosphere was very quiet uncomfortable due to the fact that they were already demanding.
3rd, The food was good, but honestly, after seeing the care they put into the dining room, and their customers, GOD only KNOWS how they treat their food. I’ve worked for fast food, and this is not the way.

The food was really good. My burrito was made very poorly was not long like a burrito was a stubby version all shoved together. It wasn’t the quality I was used to from chipotle but it tasted as good as it should have! I ordered online and picked up and it was made on time and waiting for me when I got there.
