Okay so I went into the Subway in East Moline and I ordered a 6-in chicken bacon ranch wrap and it’s ridiculous that they want to charge you for the price of a footlong all because it’s double meat well I did not ask for double meat I am not going to pay $15 for a 6-in wrap

Normally service is good here, not tonight! Order 2 foot longs, had to tell her twice they were foot longs then I tell her no onion on a toasted sandwich she does it anyway and when I say something, whe hand picks apart the sandwich to get them that has already been toasted therefore taste is there. I had to tell her on a BLT that I asked for double bacon on to put the bacon on she forgot then they are ringing me up and me being honest I said double bacon, no she forgot that too and said I can just put it on the side.. no u can’t just forget it.. terrible service tonight

got my sandwich, asked for sauce and she doused it. didnt even wanna eat my sandwich after and i took one bite and threw it away. maybe dont start with a heaping pile and then ask if i want more never coming again staff is incompetent ( not to mention that a footlong is $15 ) terrible prices, terrible service

I tried to use a coupon on a Subway Club sandwich at this location like I have done at many Subways. The manager would only use the coupon on their cheap sandwiches. When I said I wanted the Club she said it would be a small charge, I figured ok, $0.50 or so. No, they charged me $2.00 more! I have never had a Subway store pick & choose what they would honor on a coupon & never a $2.00 up charge. Food wasn’t great either. Drive a little further & go somewhere else. I won’t ever go back there.

Went an hour before close. Young lady was nice, very quiet, but the other woman there was extremely rude. Sometimes it is very hard to hear in there, i asked her “what did you say im sorry” and she proceeded to sigh very loudly and rudely, went silent for a few seconds then repeated her question with an attitude. this happened not once, but twice. she then proceeded to get an attitude with my boyfriend when he was choosing what kind of cheese he wanted after she asked. I also asked for extra pickles and banana peppers on my sandwich to which i did not recieve even if i was to be upcharged. very rude customer service. I usually have no problems at this location.

Food is good but the staff here does not know how to handle online orders and not sure how to handle the instructions either. Why there is no Veg Patty in online app orders or why the staff is not trained on how to address the customer questions in a friendly manner and they seem to be lost or confused even with a simple question.

I ordered online a meatball sub and paid the extra for fresh mozzarella. We got home and there was no cheese at all. I called the restaurant and they told me they could only replace it if I brought it back to the store. They would not give a credit for next time. What a waste of my gas!!! I asked for the name of the store manager and she said she couldn’t give me that. Apparently, it’s a secret. She took my info and said she would have the manager call me. Five days later and I’ve heard nothing. Terrible way to do business and you’ve lost mine.

Tonight stoped at 9:20pm which is 10 minutes prior to closing. Really nice lady was by her self working. Even was late she served me like was beginning of day. I always have great experience with this location. I drive from Rock Island to EM location to get great service, this is most clean store in QC from all subways

Completely ruined my order and refuses to do a refund or give a replacement sandwich unless I can provide the original mess up. I ordered online for pickup to have it for work. I work 430pm to 430am with no way of returning the sandwich. This is horrible customer service. I will not be returning. Explain to me how I ordered a Chicken Bacon Ranch and got only Chicken and Tomatoes with nothing else?!?!
