I have been coming here for years, as both a dasher and a customer, but tonight was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. My grandmother and I came to the restaurant for a door dash and we were immediately told it would be about 20 minutes due to a WiFi outage.
We completely understood and told the sweet girl at the register it was alright and that we understood. 20 minutes pass and we are immediately put off by one of the older male employee harassing the customers on their clothing, flirting with multiple others, and just making everyone uncomfortable.
We chose to try to ignore this as we needed the money but then a female employee, an older lady, started bad mouth the other dashers and workers, resulting in a commotion of another customer in the store to get extremely angry.
We decided it was best for us to unassigned our dash and leave the store before any altercation happened, but we will likely not be back for some time.

Taco bell has always been hit or miss for me. This visit was somewhere in the middle. Some of the food was fresh, some was not. Tossing it in the bag didn’t help the matter either. When I’m spending hard earned money on fast food that has almost doubled in cost, I am hoping for good food.

Had to wait an hour or more for our food then the manager said she would refund our money for the long wait. She instead said she would put $40 on a gift card. Once we got home we tried using the gift card only to be embarrassed because there was nothing on the card. She lied just to get us out of there. We live in NC so we won’t able to go back but we did call and a different manager said he would contact that manager and corporate to see what could be done and he would call back. That was yesterday and still no call.

I’m extremely disappointed. First want to say, I’m a huge Taco Bell fan; I eat it at least once a week. However, my experiences as of recently have been nothing but negative.
The drive-thru wait time is consistently unreasonable—often stretching up to an hour with no explanation or apology. When you finally get your food, it’s frequently cold, incorrect, or missing items entirely, which makes the long wait even more frustrating.
To make matters worse, the staff often comes across as unfriendly and uninterested in resolving issues. Mistakes are treated as inconveniences rather than something they take responsibility for.
I don’t expect perfection, but I do expect accurate orders, hot food, and basic customer service—especially after such a long wait. Unfortunately, this location repeatedly fails to meet even those basic expectations.

I hate to leave a negative review, but this is probably the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. It is inefficient, dirty, and just overall has a bad vibe. If you order on the app, you will still wait in line because they will keep your food behind the counter and ignore you. Be sure to check your bag because they often leave things out – even though you enter the order on your phone or on their screens. Top it off that the kitchen looks filthy and even though the app may say pick up in, say, 10 minutes, don’t expect your food to be ready for at least 30 minutes. Buyer beware! FYI… the TB in Newbern seems much better or go to Chipotle down the road.

I will NEVER go back to this place again!! Went through drive through ordered 2 party packs and 2 5 layer burritos. Got to the window had the money ready and they tell me its like almost 10$ more. I said no and repeated my order. Then had to repeat it to them again. Just so that they could get it wrong. Showed them at the window it was wrong while waiting on rest of order and the guy in the window just stood there and didn’t say a word. Just went ahead and drove off. It was sad. The people in there didn’t have a clue what they were doing. All yelling at each other. Thats supposed to be a 5 layer burrito. And the tacos we got were to be soft shell supreme no lettuce. So, we dis NOT get our sour cream or tomatoes on them and some disnt even have cheese. Just meat. And that was like maybe a tablespoon of meat in them if that much.

Worst Taco Bell I have ever been to!!! Not only did I wait about 40 minutes in the long drive through line but the food sucked too! There was barely any meat in the tacos and skimped on all the ingredients on everything else… I had a steak quesadilla and I was lucky to get maybe 6 little pieces of steak in it. It was basically just a tortilla. I never write reviews but this Taco Bell location needs it!

My tacos was cold and soggy and my drink was super plat. The loaded nachos where cold and soggy as well. Do not deliver or going up there at night the service is poor.
