We stopped by the Dairy Queen Grill and Chill for an afternoon snack. The chocolate dipped cones really hit the spot. The store was clean and the staff were friendly. They also have a nice outdoor dining area which they will deliver your food when ready.

About what you get for fast food. Paid extra for extra mix-ins, cheesecake. Huge chunks of strawberry, but all other chunks were just crumbs, so it ended up gritty. Not bad, just not my thing.

It’s difficult to write a place when the food and service isn’t always consistent. I’m guessing that’s probably due to staffing issues. First of all I think it’s a great place to eat or get refreshments. My experiences have generally been positive. There have been times when the wait in the drive-thru line seems excessive. Last night I was in the Drive-Thru line for over 20 minutes from the time I placed my order until my blizzard was ready. The food I purchased here has always been good. Fries and burgers are always hot. The service has always been friendly and professional.

I ordered the flamethrower basket and did not get soft serve and I ordered a root beer and got Dr Pepper and none of the sauce I wanted was in my bag mind you they were empty and had plenty time to do they job correctly

My mom wanted to try the new fall flavors of Blizzards, so off we went. It is a 20+ minute drive from our ranch, but I would do it again… Mom love the pumpkin pie blizzard… On the way home I stopped and another store just to look around. I wasn’t there for more than 20 minutes and when I got back to the car the entire blizzard was gone. I think she might’ve licked the cup… Check them out.

If you don’t have enough employees, hire more. Everyone waiting in the designated waiting spots in the hot sun were ALL complaining about it. There was even one woman inconsiderately parked in the pickup lane, waiting, and blocking anyone else driving up to the window. What, were you out hunting and processing the cow? It doesn’t matter if you had a previous large order; adjust and work around it. No excuses. Do better.

High priced, terrible service, it took them 3 tries to get our order of 3 things right and the cook when she brought 1 of the later 4 items ordered she was very rude and didn’t even attempt to address the problem just walked away saying she had to go back to the kitchen. We only came because my daughter got a free Sunday and we won’t be back! Do not recommend

Fries were cold . Toast was hard as a rock. We asked for fresh fries, they never came. Tables were dirty/sticky and the bathrooms needed attention. Overall worst experience ever at a Dairy Queen!

I was on the road, stopped at this Dairy Queen to grab a burger and an ice cream.
Would say that they took my order efficiently, presented it effectively, they fulfilled my order to a tea, the staff even offered extra napkins as I had ice cream.
Staff was engaging and sent me on my way!
