Just got back from there and had to wait like 15 minutes at the window which would’ve been fine if the food came out fresh. Out of a four piece tender only one was hot… the other three were slightly warm and dried out looking. definitely been just sitting out for god knows how long… They made me wait for them to fry a single tender when they could’ve just as easily thrown 3 more in with it. I dont know if its laziness or straight up disrespect.

Older curly blonde hair lady is absolutely miserable. I said thank you for my food and she said YEAH and slammed the window shut. Also they have an employee smoking cigarettes right outside the main entrance with her cigarette butts ALL OVER the ground. Literally disgusting.

If I could give them a 0 I would! This is the worst Wendy’s experience I’ve had in my 28 years of life. Below is a picture of the “medium” fries and I have not eaten from them. That’s the mayo they gave me for 3 people after I asked for extra repeatedly first when I ordered thru the app and then at the window when I was licking it up. They lied said they included the mayo but when I checked my bag I had to go back in the store because it was not there. Attitude is also terrible. They should shut this Wendy’s down

NEVER ORDER DELIVERY, ONLY GO DURING DAY!!! Every single time I order delivery they somehow mess it up, or the delivery service messes up their location and you get cold food while they drive around trying to find the place. Expect soggy fries after 5pm and bun-free sandwiches in wrappers instead of containers. Thanks for the lap-fulls of liquid! Literally every local knows “late in the day, stay away” otherwise you’re going to get messed up food. Tired of the never-improving nature of this place.

For almost $18.00 for two taco salads with an extra bag of tortilla chips costing .50 cents, these salads are and have been for awhile now, extremely skimpy. They don’t even use real pieces of tomato. If you notice, they cut all the skins off their tomatoes, dice them slightly, and that’s what goes into your expensive salad….they can’t give me a real chunk of tomato for $9 a salad? They gotta toss their garbage in there that they were just going to throw away. The salads are half the size they were a few months ago. When I hold my $9 salad sideways, it should be full, not half empty. I didn’t touch either one of these salads. This is really how small they are. You are going to be hungry again in 20 minutes in my experience.

No matter how early you order on the app, could be 20 minutes, could be over an hour, they are ALWAYS late with it. Every time I pull into the drive-thru for my food, I have to wait an extra 15 – 30 minutes, without fail. My order is usually correct, but if I’m ordering ahead of time, I expect it to be ready for me when I show up, not watching them *start* my order.

I have no clue who all worked august 3 at night. But the entire crew was so friendly and helpful. They helped me fix a mistake with my order. Apologized multiple times when my order took long. Treated me like a real person, and didn’t want me to just leave. They were so kind that as I was waiting for my food, I was debating making baked goods for them as a treat.
