My favorite beverage is the Jamocha milkshake. My conversation with Manager Makoosa began with me asking if the Milkshake machine was working? Our discussion assured me she was a manager who cares about food quality and the store condition.
My Greek Gyro, Curly Fries and milkshake was all well prepared and tasty. She earned Five Stars.

Attempt it’s a place in order through the drive-through. I was new to the Arby’s app, unsure of how to use it. The manager tried to tell me what coupon I had she didn’t ask me. She told me what I had then when I try to gain more insight about the menu, she got an attitude about repeating my order. This is the store manager by the way I had to go inside the store to see who it is and let her know that she was being really rude, especially during the holiday season.

Arby’s has always been one of my favorite FAST food places. Unfortunately my visit today wasn’t fast.
I really hate give negative reviews. This store would NEVER survive a truck stop on the toll road. In the 30 minutes I waited for my food. I saw one customer return Cold food.
Another Door Dash customer praying he got a tip for his services that I assume took far longer than expected.
I ordered a kids meal which is what I had budget for. I used to be able to get two classic roast beef for $5 which is enough to fill me up!
The curly fries were at least warm but not fresh. The slider is satisfying and exactly why I don’t put weight on while being a road warrior.
The parking lot was not full but the Togo line barely moves. This location is clearly under staffed.
No ear worm playing to distract guests or energize employees. There should be music in the sound system
I am sad there were no preschool toys. The parking lot is hard to get out of with all the construction.
Bathroom had no hand towels and the purse hooks were broken off the door.
I’m not from Georgia but there were more than two employees and only two posted food safe certified employees. Seems like this would be an orientation requirement.
Too much standing around going on and not enough cleaning.

They had it decorated. So nice at Christmas and decorations on all the tables and the folks. There were so nice and the food is always fantastic and the fries are never soggy and always fresh

12/14/22 There are a lot of memes wondering how Arby’s stays open well, I’m guilty of making that happen. The wahyu burgers are tasty along with the peach/strawberry lemonade. The fries are good (it’s hard to mess up crinkle fries). The cherry turnover is a light delightful dessert. Every time I’ve gone to this location they exude top-notch customer service.
