Terrible service from manager and portion sizes are terrible as well. Would recommend going to a different location to actually get what you pay for.

This was my go to for years. I just loved their burgers and fries because they were consistent. That’s a thing of the past now. Good luck getting more than half of the portions of fries from how it used to be. The burgers look like someone put them together by tossing the toppings from across the room. Their food is entirely too expensive to be so bad

I am so disappointed in five guys. I went to five guys because you used to be known for good quality burgers that are thicker than most fast food places. Today I received my burger that is thinner than a McDonald’s burger. I mean this is pathetic. I took photos. I will now be telling everyone to not even waist their time and money at 5 guys might as well go to McDonald’s to get a burger that is thicker for cheaper. This is infuriating, if I would have wanted a burger this thin I would have went to smash burger.

This place sucks. My wife order a little cheese burger with topping on the side. Looks like slop for toppings. I order a patty melt. Food is horrible. No Urgency at all. People waiting for 10.to.20 mins. while staff all looking around at people. Never be back again .

I rarely write reviews for anything but this five guys location deserves to be recognized! I had seen that five guys was doing a a BOGO on 2/17 and I had placed a pickup order for it to be ready around 7PM. I noticed almost all five guys locations near me were packed and busy with orders but I gave this one a try and when I went to go pick it up around 7, they were out of patties and told me it’d be a 15-20 min wait. I said no problem and waited. Despite there being tons of hungry people inside, waiting and watching for when their food will be done, I thought it was fantastic how the team handled everything under pressure. I wish I had gotten his name but the boy who was working the counter (brown hair, looks young) was extremely sweet and attentive even under that pressure. The girl who worked on my order also did an amazing job and overall I want to recognize the team as a whole because they did an awesome job!!

It you want to wait over an hour to eat cold food and melted shakes made by bratty teenagers who have attitude, this is your place! Me and my family however will never be returning. If I had to choose this place or starvation, id 1000 % starve. The attitude here is ridiculoussss. All huddled together whispering, meanwhile I paid how much for my family to eat? Crazy.

They were slam packed and still greeted everyone that walked through the door. Everyone had a smile on their face despite being so busy. My order was correct and the French fries were fresh and delicious. I really wish I had I had cash to tip more for their great attitudes. Keep it up 🙂

Let me start by saying that I was hungry. Maybe it tasted better because I was. None the less, it tasted good. I had a burger and a hot dog with my favorite toppings and fries as well.

The food was great. The staff were very friendly. Prices were a bit high but you get fresh cut fries overloaded in a bag and fresh cooked burger patties. It eas toslly worth it. Didbinnentiinnthe French fries are gluten free and taste delicious.
