Absolutely not. First off- the DoorDash driver was amazing. She communicated really well. Door dash got there asked for my order. She had to wait due to the volume. That’s fine. I understand as I also run high volume restaurants. DoorDash asked for an update on the order and they handed my order to someone else. So then I had to wait for the remake. Okay; fine. It happens… but… I ordered at 7:43. I got my our order at 8:54. An hour wait to find we were missing items and the food was totally unacceptable. Chicken cheese quesadilla.. chicken on one side of the quesadilla and all the cheese on the outside of it. Missing the soft taco. The Mexican pizza was all smashed up and had fallen out of the box. I want a full refund. I’d rather wait an hour for my food and it be correct. Come on Taco Bell. You have to be better than this.

Quite literally the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Taco Bell. We had a fairly big order and the entire thing was wrong.

1. Didn’t receive my cantina chicken quesadilla
2. I got a BURNT double stacker. Like it’s black. Opened it just out of curiosity and there’s nothing but meat in it.
3. Double decker taco supreme was nothing supreme about it (no sour cream or tomatoes) and it was cold as if it just came out of the fridge.
4. Cheesy gordita crunch was also cold like it just came out of the fridge and was missing ingredients.
5. Chili cheese burrito was a rolled tortilla with hardly anything in it.

A $40 order but at least we got hot sauce I guess. Couldn’t put it on anything but we got it.

Went in not even an hour ago and will never go back. Yes it’s snowing in today and no one wants to be out! I too have worked in the food industry on bad weather days and holidays and I appreciate y’all coming in to help us customers get food, but what I will not appreciate is bad attitude from staff. I had ordered 12 tacos in house and waited 20 minutes, customers before and after me already got helped. Drive through orders were getting mixed up, I lined up to ask the status of my order and the cashier said it’s been waiting on a counter. Another employee says it’s only been 10 minutes sitting. At this point it’d be cold, so I asked them to remake it. I got attitude and was told it’s only been 10 minutes sitting and I would have to wait again. I said that’s fine. They emphasized that they would have to work on a drive through orders first, I wasn’t bothered, I said it’s ok. In the meantime I was standing in the lobby minding my business doing math for my personal business on my phone and overheard the employees continue to complain about the wait only being 10 minutes and that I’m just standing there probably writing a bad review. The entitlement is crazy, I understood the mistake and was not upset. At any minor inconvenience you gave attitude and grief to the customer for no reason at all. I was laid back until y’all wanted to act like bullies and talk trash about customers. Hugely unprofessional and will be talking to corporate.

No meat in the crunch wrap, uncooked onions, hardly any chicken in our quesadilla. Cashier and cook both told us “hell nah” and tried to tell us they couldn’t do our 3 separate orders, totaling 5 items.

Probably one of the worst taco balls I’ve been too, over the past few months this place has gone downhill…from the syringes in the parking lot, to the employees openly smoking weed out the back of the place and not even taking orders. I’ve walked in multiple times to no one at the front room the kitchen area because they were ALL out back smoking weed. I’ve waited at least 10 minutes before anyone came from the back (high as hell) I also placed an order for pickup thinking that would be better…I got tacos with absolutely nothing in them but chicken…how do you forget to add ALL of the ingredients…the burritos I got the beans were old crunchy and absolutely disgusting. The tortilla was extremely old and hard it’s like they gave me burritos that they previously made and let sit. The best part of the whole thing was the chips and cheese because it’s hard to mess that one up. I’ve worked in fast food multiple times and this place has been a mess, all your employees are too worried about smoking weed together out the back door instead of doing their jobs.

You’ve paid for a live-action heist film, and the main character won—congratulations! Your $50 bought a front-row seat to a modern tragedy, starring a very motivated gentleman and a team of staff with the observational skills of a houseplant.

Two hours. Two. Hours. In that time, an entire caper unfolded: Theft. Phone calls. Revelations. A second theft, just for good measure. All while the employees perfected their “See No Evil” routine. You didn’t get dinner; you got an immersive theater experience about the collapse of society, seasoned with regret.

In the end, you had to do their job for them. Bravo, Taco Bell. Your “Live Más” slogan is now a threat. Más waiting. Más theft. Más driving to the store yourself. Never again.

I got two soft taco supreme and an order of cinnamon twists. I got home to find the paper holding the tacos and the tacos were soaked in, I assume, water. The twists wee dry and crisp so this could only have happened before the order was packed. This is entirely unacceptable!!!

So SLOW…..I’m in line waiting as I write this. Been in line for over 10 mins now….and I’m sure my 3 items will be screwed up. Worst Taco Bell in the Springs, Palmer Park. Now 15 mins waiting. Ugh it’s always like this here. You’d think I would learn. No more! Staff is friendly today tho and the person in front of me paid my tab. Wow. How nice of them.

I went in tonight and stood at the counter for almost 20 minutes. No one acknowledged me and all the employees looked me in my eyes multiple times I tried to be nice and wait to be acknowledged but no one did. That was the first thing to piss me off. I am missing multiple items and non of the burritos are rolled up properly and they all fell apart. This is the most disappointing interaction I’ve had at a Taco Bell they were not busy but decided to not treat a single customer in the store like they were people. Something needs to be done

Order placed at 9:13. Said it will be ready at 9:20. Wasn’t ready until 9:53. Only drive thru orders were going out. Dining room had over a dozen people waiting for nothing to be coming out for us.
