On Thursday, Oct. 16, the 40-year-old McDonald’s restaurant building at 10760 Belleville Rd. in Van Buren Township was demolished.

Pulled up was asked are you using app? Said no. Then nothing. Pulled to window asked is the headset having problems. Girl said with additive I was waiting for you to give your order. Well you should have said go ahead with your order then.. Am I wrong? No Im not because I went to the one on ecorse right after that and thats exactly what was said. Rude customer service now days.

The service is ok. Ordering my own food works well. The food is good and warm.

I sometimes DoorDash for extra cash. They treat doordashers like garbage. I get shoved a back and yelled at to quickly move forward and check the bag then and take my pics for DoorDash verification. So I do that. Then I see the order isn’t correct. So I wait in a long line to get my customers correct order because they matter. They paid for the food. Not me. I’m the middle man. So why do I have the night manager, some young white dude, belittle and yell at me? I’m a female who is always kind and considerate and I do not want some young male who lacks any emotional maturity yelling at me and telling me to learn what a DoorDash bag looks like.

Learn to train your staff to not shove bags at us through a window and literally tell us to move forward right away, giving us no time to even verify you handed us the correct items.

Ordered a few times, and EVERY ORDER, three times is a charm! Sad you leave out something every order, actually had the second driver return and get the rest of our order. We will order from another McDonald’s further away to get a correct order!! Feeding the team over here!! Poor fellas were hungry today, all thanks to your service!! Get it together people!!

Me and my boyfriend came at Thursday the 4th at 3:21pm and I found hair in my fries, then we came Friday the 5th at 12:20am and the guy who took our order was very rude and then 2 we asked for a caramel frappe and a Dr Pepper and he only gave us the caramel frappe then proceeded to tell me he can’t give me my Dr Pepper unless I pay for it AGAIN! Very rude.

Wrong order again. Fries tasted like cardboard.
The order was for my grandson. He loves sweet and sour sauce on his chicken nuggets. I called and told tgem. They told me I was welcomed to come all the way back. Please!

Easily the worst fast food experience I’ve had. For a curbside pickup we were there in total over 30 minutes. Had to go in to get food and then go back because things were missing. When I went back in I stood at the counter for at least five minutes and no one came to the counter. There was a line inside as well that wasn’t being serviced. The fries we got seemed like they’d been sitting on the counter for a few hours. Stale and gross. Won’t be coming back to this location

Do you enjoy waiting in the drive thru line for 30+ minutes during what is normally a “slow part of the day?”

Do you love it when it takes 20 minutes to get acknowledged by any one of the 12 employees running around behind the counter?

Does it tickle your bones when you’re asked to pull up past the second window to “sit by the trash can” and watch 8 other people get their food ahead of you, and then when your own bag is finally brought out after another 10 minutes, the order is wrong, so you have to go inside and wait 20 minutes for a correction while the rest of your food is getting cold?

If you answered “yes” to all three questions, then McDonald’s Rawsonville is the place for you, where Disappointment is Guaranteed!

I had the time to write this entire review in line before even making it to the speaker, by the way. This is not an uncommon sight to see.

At the time of this review, the quality of service has recently gone down sharply at this location due to the (temporary) closure of the nearby location on Belleville road. They got lumped with all the extra business and everything takes so much longer now. It’s a common sight at almost all times of the day to see and have to sit in a long line at the drive through. The food hasn’t changed, but you could be waiting a lot longer to get it. I feel bad for them but my sympathy is diminished just a little when a minor mismatched order takes over fifteen minutes to be seen at the counter. Hopefully it can get back to normal for them sooner than later.
