Had a great lunch from here today. The food is always good and hits the spot when I’m craving it. In the past, the staff could’ve been more helpful. But today, the guy in the drive through window was dealing with a line of cars and my complicated order. He was polite, patient, got everything figured out and I was off with my food in a timely manner. Nice work!

I do door dash and waited over 10 minutes for the employees to finally acknowledge that I was here to pick up an order. I sat at the speaker repeatedly saying “hello?” And went to the pickup window and saw no one but all of the lights inside were on. I went back around the building to the speaker again and did the same thing saying “hello? I’m here to pickup a DoorDash.” I went to the first window a little while later after waiting even longer and saw 3 people hiding in the back and the female was wearing a headset so she could hear me. I kept honking to get their attention and they looked at me and ignored me. I got outside of my car and showed my phone with my door dash app and still had to wait for them to acknowledge me even though they saw me. After 20 minutes someone finally came up to me and all they said was “sorry” and then the 3 spoke Spanish to each other. This can make my DoorDash get bad reviews and affect my work and also caused the customer to not receive their order in a timely manner. Over all it was an absolutely terrible and frustrating experience. Will never come here myself anymore and don’t think I’ll ever DoorDash here again. I wish I could give them 0 stars. They need to be fired.

Food was great but when im trying to order extra food and your cashier decines my request for a bevrage for my Wednesday Addams meal i was sad becuse thats really spicy and like i could choke? And a frosty you cant just gulp down ._.

Great for a last minute meal late at night. Unfortunately my 5 of our drinks were all wrong types and then realized there was a communication barrier at the window. No one spoke English. Asked for salt, but she didn’t understand. Kept showing me ketchup, mayo saying “this?”

I was disappointed the restaurant was closed with nothing posted on the door. If you are short staffed then post the reason store is closed. I went through drive thru to get my food. The sandwich was average Wendy’s expected as was the chili. Service was fine. I did notice while eating my meal in the parking lot that you lost at least five customers who either wanted the dining room or did not want to wait in the growing long drive thru line.

The floor was all dirty most of the tables were not clean food was cold and it took 30 minutes to get it they had no customer service. No have a nice day or anything.

Workers don’t know what they are doing, took a while to get our food. Workers weren’t very pleasant either… place was a little dirty. They forgot our drinks and took a while to make them. It’s whatever. Update: also forgot all our sauces.
