Road to get here is very busy. Place is very well kept. Ordered the Chi Tea Classic and a boba. Order came in around 10 minutes. All burgers ordered come wrapped in a newspaper, which was very nice. All the newspapers were the same of course. Boba was quite nice, the mango in mine was sweet. The price of smash burgers is slightly expensive for the size of the burger. All in all, would recommend.

Customer service was fantastic. Mac n cheese was terrible. Dont even waste your money on it. Trust me you will be greatly disappointed. Smoothies use real fruit and the refreshers use syrup. The bacon is beef, the burgers and chicken sandwich are delicious. The banana pudding is probably top 5 in DFW.

I’m very picky with food but omg the banana pudding is the most tasty banana pudding that I have ever tried, not too sweet not too simple, it has a excellent flavor combination, the buffalo and fries are good too, it’s just spicy. And the cookies Cream drink the best. The tea too, try everything please, omg this is my new place I’ll visit most often.

I’ve been here a few times and finally felt compelled to write a review because this place is just so consistent with its food, cleanliness, and customer service.
Today I had the Chi Classic—a smash burger stacked with fresh toppings (grilled onions, tomato, lettuce, and their signature Chi sauce). I doubled up the patties this time since they’re thin, but the seasoning made every bite worth it. On the side, I grabbed the fries—which honestly could give Checkers/Rally’s a run for the top spot.
What really sets this spot apart is the service. The cashier was warm, inviting, and knew the brand inside and out. You could tell she knew how to work the room with the influx of customers and represent the company well. (Message to the owners: she’s a great face for your brand.)
All in all, Chi Tea keeps delivering a great experience every single visit. Definitely a staple in Frisco.

Had an amazing experience the big bird with the honey glaze was amazing along with the banana pudding and the decadent mango smoothie. We were also warmly greeted and guided smoothly through the menu by Ayah. She gave 5 star service! And is so kind!

First off, it’s halal, which already puts it ahead of most places around here. But man, the chicken is next level crispy, juicy, and that flavor? Way better than Dave’s, no cap.
Service is crazy fast and consistent. I’ve been a couple times now, and it’s always fresh and hot. No long wait, no mess-ups.

I had a great experience being served by Zayn at Chi Tea. He was friendly, polite, and very attentive throughout my visit. He took the time to explain the menu options clearly and made sure my order was prepared exactly as requested. The service was quick, and he maintained a positive attitude even during busy hours. It’s always nice to see someone who genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. I would definitely recommend visiting Chi Tea and being served by Zayn.
