I seen the response from the “owner” add did as I was asked, submitted theses photos to them. As of January 23, 3026, noone has reached out to me as they claimed they would.
The first poached egg was cooked all the way through. I showd the waitress & she stated she is unfamiliar with poached egg (she has only been there a month) cooking so I showed her how they are supposed to look. The second poached egg was undercooked & runny/slimey. I asked for the manager this round. The manager on duty tried to convince me that poached eggs are a bit slimey (undercooked). No sir, they are not. Even after showing him proper photos of poached eggs & instructions on how to make them, he still tried to claim there was nothing wrong with it. I pushed the plate away & told my husband I have lost my appetite & wanted to leave. The manager offered no apology nor compensation for the blatan incompetence of the 1st over cooked egg & then undercooked egg. Undercooked eggs can cause Salmonella infection & he expected to me to be ok with this undercooked egg it eat it. If he is justifying undercooked eggs I can only imagine what else is allowed to occur at this establishment. The health department needs to investigate this location. Diner beware.

Absolutely one of the best IHOPs I’ve been to Services. Great food is hot and the setting areas are always clean. I came three times before leaving a review so it is always clean. If you’re passing through Albuquerque stop in and say hi. thanks for the whole staff for a great visit each time.

The service here is horrible. Our server had 3 tables and couldn’t be bothered to come by after dropping our food off. Ordered the bottomless pancakes and never got more than my first order. The waiter dropped the check off and then never returned with the additional order of pancakes. Had to ask for refills on beverages. Waiter was all to eager to come back and pick up the check, never seeming to remember that we asked for additional pancakes. Maybe if the staff paid more attention to the paying customers, instead of standing around have side conversations, this location would do better. Will never return. Overpriced for the terrible service.

Jason consistently gives the best customer service we’ve ever had and always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect and is incredibly friendly every time we come in. We honestly enjoy coming to this location just because of him. He makes the experience welcoming and fun, and it’s clear he truly cares about his customers. Highly recommend asking for Jason!

Server was awesome! Atmosphere could be updated a little/deep cleaning needed. It’s looked the same for so many years. But I came here to eat so that’s besides the point. Food was good, Finished off my whole plate. Prices were decent for a lot of food. Overall a good experience. Would def eat there again.

This is one of the most depressing visits we’ve ever had, we were literally the only ones in the whole restaurant with one waitress and one cook. Unfortunately, the quality of the food was not good. The service was pretty good, but again there was nobody else in the restaurant. The only reason we stop by to try it again is that it was right next to the movie theater we were going to. Probably will not be back ever again.

Dinner with a family member. Bacon Temptation Omlet. Very delicious. Plenty of food for one person. The service was the best service we’ve ever had from Brooke. She’s the sweetest person and extremely competent im her skills. Very clean atmosphere. Very fair and comparable pricing for the amount of food. Overall, this IHOP is the best one we’ve been to. Brooke is an amazing and kind waitress and we’d love to go back again and again. Brooke is very attentive and prompt and we never have to ask for refills, she is always on it.

First time here, traveling through from out of town. Ultimately, the food was really tasty, but service was meh. Took two people saying “Someone will be right with you” and then chatting and laughing amongst themselves, then the girl who ended up being the hostess sauntering over after chatting with them, to finally get seated. And the place was practically empty. Our server was nice but did not explain that pancakes were an optional side on my order (even though the menu showed they were part of it). She did end up bringing me one no charge pancake after I said she should explain more clearly. All in all, tasty meal (though way too expensive), but poor service.

I have been to ihop many times but I was disappointed with service this time at this location. Brooke M was kind in the beginning but started pushing us even after we still clearly had food on the table and keeped asking for the money! Does this location train there staff to be like that? She only had two table and it was not super busy. But what I did not like at all was the comment made to her co-worker and I heard her say she was not working a charity and looked over at me. Maybe she should not be working there, we showed nothing but appreciation for the food made. No need to be rushed and definitely no need for that disrespect comment.
