It was a great experience. We had the two for Tuesday and it was an great deal and amazing value. We got good portions of lobster tails, Salmon , and shrimp. The staff was also very friendly and taking all Covid precautions.

Dining at Red Lobster in Milpitas (one of the lasting restaurants) proved to be a mixed experience.
(-) The service was exceedingly slow; it took over 40 minutes for our order to arrive.
(-) The rainbow trout was a disappointment, being overly dry and scant on meat.
(-) The crab leg shells were too soft, making them difficult to crack with the provided utensils.
(-) Steaks are mediocre. Don’t expect it to be good, after all, this is a seafood restaurant

(+) The restaurant’s Signature Feasts are highly recommended for their large portions.
(+) The seafood-stuffed mushrooms, although small in portions, were quite good and flavorful.
(+) The black tiger shrimp cocktail was fresh and tasty (but why 5, not 6pcs?), adding a bright spot to the meal

Unfortunately, I can’t say this was the best dining experience. The sides were actually the best part of the food. The cheddar biscuits (obviously) and lobster topped mashed potatoes were great. The fish and chips? They were decent. The lobster linguini? Not much flavor at all.
The staff wasn’t very attentive, and the music in the restaurant was the worst of the top hits kind of stuff… Kind of would have preferred silence while I ate to be honest…
I’d go back and order some different stuff, but can’t say I was impressed this time around.

I recently visited Red Lobster for the first time and opted for the “Create Your Own Ultimate Feast” ($47.99), which allows you to choose two premium selections and two classic selections.
The meal started off well with complimentary cheese biscuits, which were warm and flavourful. However, I found the texture to be a bit doughy.
For our premium selections, we chose grilled sea scallops and a main lobster tail. The scallops were cooked well and had a nice flavour, but the lobster tail seemed a bit less succulent. While there was no fishy smell, it didn’t have the fresh-from-the-sea taste I expected.
As for the classic selections, we went with garlic shrimp and shrimp linguine alfredo. The garlic shrimp was excellent, with a bold garlic flavour. However, the shrimp linguine was a bit disappointing, with a bland Alfredo sauce.
We also ordered brussel sprouts and mac and cheese with bacon as sides. The brussel sprouts were cooked perfectly, with a crispy exterior and tender interior. They were delicious with the sweet sauce. The mac and cheese had a nice smokey flavour.
The service was generally good, although it was sometimes difficult to find a server in the large dining room.
Overall, Red Lobster was a mixed bag. While some dishes were excellent, others were disappointing. I would likely return for the brussel sprouts and garlic shrimp, but I would be hesitant to try the shrimp linguine or the lobster tail again.

Edit…after 3 years!! Red Lobster didn’t disappoint and the food was as delicious as it was back then. Had a good time with family and friends. Definitely recommend this place if you love seafood or if you want to try something new. The service was also good. Slightly on the expensive side but seafood that has lobsters, I guess this is pretty ok.
But the best part was the biscuits which we all loved the first time and it still is the best for which I will come back again

Seafood feast was incredible! Maine lobster, shrimp linguini, grilled shrimp, and scallops, with sides of fries and crispy fried brussel sprouts…and those cheddar bay biscuits. Seafood stuffed mushrooms for appetizer was on point too.
This location was chill, clean and in a pretty nice area, and server took good care of us.

I wouldn’t think all Red Lobsters would be this good for the value, cleanliness, friendly staff, and yummy food but this location has it all. We came by on Sunday around 1pm – oh, the biscuits I’ve missed you! It was as good as remembered. We got all of these for around $80! Stuffed mushrooms app, shrimp Alfredo fettuccine, admiral combo (fried shrimp, clam strips, scallops, fish, with two sides – upgraded to Brussel sprouts and loaded baked potato for about $5 total, and shared Diet Pepsi (no Coke, that’s alright, forgiven). We left with a couple of gift cards specials with $10 x2 off coupons, leftovers to be eaten in two separate instances, and happily stuffed!

A good place for a meal of steak or combo of surf & turf ( Seafood & Steak), portion was enough for me and goes well with a beer or two. Had sirloin steak & lobster tail. The serve very good biscuit came out hot and melts the butter when applied. We did walk in , did not wait long for tables, but the service could improve.

First time ever trying Red Lobster and ordering take out from this location. But was very glad I did! The food came out hot and fresh with generous portions, packaged flawlessly. Everything was well seasoned and cooked to perfection. I recommend the scampi shrimp(I ordered 4) and coconut shrimp(I ordered 2). The sides of fries were crispy and mashed potatoes has yummy seasonings. The biscuits were warm and fluffy which paired great to soak up the garlic buttery goodness from the shrimp. Definitely great staff and management here to perform such high quality food. The food was ready fast with no mistakes and fed the whole family for reasonable prices. Highly recommended and will definitely return!
