Well, this store is about 30 years old and the furnishings and carpet are original. The carpet is sticky and the tables and wear areas are well worn. The section we sat in was cold. Both my wife and I worn our jackets. We mentioned we were cold, but management was busy with production and sales volume reports.
The service was good, Miss Savanah took as good of care as she could, being this was her first week and the Hostess sat three tables in Savanahs section at one time. We never got breadsticks with our meal and the silverware was brought out the same time as the food. Jeremy, the bartender was assisting because he could see Savanah was overwhelmed. The manager was, well doing management stuff like running reports every 5 minutes.
The food was OK. We went to try the new Chicken dish with Cajun sausage. Not impressed. Chicken was dry, very overcooked, the penne was underwhelming and the cheese sauce obviously was out of a bag or can.
Overall, it is debatable wheather we will be back. Take your chances.

Applebee’s is Applebee’s… this one has a very nice staff.
My wife didn’t eat much of her salad because she wasn’t that hungry. There was nothing wrong with it, and she didn’t say anything to the bartender.
When the bill came, he removed the salad. I asked why, and he said it looked like she didn’t like it. She said it was fine, she just wasn’t hungry, and he still kept it off the tab.
I gave him a nice tip for providing good service without being asked! So refreshing in today’s society!

The service is good, but the food is mediocre. I ordered the four cheese penne with honey pepper chicken tenders. The pasta sauce was bland and didn’t have a cheesey flavor. The chicken sauce was too sweet. I didn’t taste any pepper. I don’t understand why it is called a mac and cheese when it is made with penne instead of macaroni. The bread stick was good.

Ordered wings was ok tries the queso burger and fries . The fries was overcooked left bad taste in My mouth. The burger was bland and even the cheese could not give it flavor. Very disappointed was looking forward to trying it. Big let down. the service was decent restaurant looks run down needs definite remodel. Im not a fan of apple B’s myself it was a business lunch or would not have even went honestly.

(7/13/24) Every time we go to Applebee’s it is something. Service food somebody acting like an idiot in the restaurant. Hopefully with the new ownership it will change the culture and things will get better. Last night our food was great our service was meh (which it was a hard night for the servers because it was a Saturday night and their bar is currently closed because the new liquor license hasn’t been issued yet)

Waited way too long for our food, others who came after us got their food way before we did. The portions were extremely small compared to the prices. Fajitas were burnt to the skillet so didn’t even get to eat the full portion of food because of the burnt taste. The tortillas that came with the fajitas were hard and stuck together. Overall, this visit was very disappointing and will be the last. Whoever is cooking the food needs more training and the servers need to be more accessible because majority of the time they are nowhere to be found. Honestly, I am surprised this place is still in business. My advice? Save your money and go somewhere else, somewhere better.

Its been years since I’ve eaten at Applebee’s, I actually thought they had closed, but our food was delicious, the waitress was very good, and very vocal and upset when the next tables order included undercooked chicken, which is not at all her fault, the kitchens staff clearly missed the mark with that.
Our ribs, thankfully, were perfection.
Glad we found an Applebee’s, their ribs are delicious.
