I made a positive review for this place a while ago and since then I don’t know what’s happening, but there has been a real shift in things at the store. Used to be when I would go there it would be a pleasant experience, with friendly drive thru workers and quick service. Now, when I pull up to the speaker I’ll usually just get “McDonald’s,” or “Whatchu want?”. I waited an hour and a half in the drive thru tonight, and I come home to realize that they skimped on the size of my drinks and that my Double Quarter Pounder with cheese was raw and it looked like it had been torn to pieces. I tried to call down there and ask for some recourse, but it turns out the line has been disconnected. I have been able to overlook the rudeness in the past simply because this McDonald’s is very close to where I stay, but this time I think may have been the last straw.

Went to McDonald’s last night after the DoorDash person delivered my food and my 40 piece nugget wasn’t in a bag. They didn’t wanna give it to the DoorDash person talking about. I had to call DoorDash cause they not giving me my stuff. It was so rude to the person they didn’t wanna give me the nuggets I end up having to go there myself Sit in line pulled up to the window. They still didn’t wanna give me my nuggets the lady with the red hair light skin lady and another dark skin female was short hair was supposedly the managers last night neither one of them wanted to give me my food. The other manager that was getting off told them to give me my food. They still didn’t give it to me. That was the worst experience I ever had with McDonald’s cause I always DoorDash from them from that exact same store and I’ve never had a problem until last night the woman, the two ladies that was there the light skin lady with with the red orange hair and dark skin lady With the short hair they both need to be fired because they were very unprofessional.

The manager customer service at 27564 that was on duty at 4:30 on 2/15/2026 has the nasty attitude.Im spending my money so why get smart with me for no reason. If he don’t like his job he needs to find a new one.

Literally every time I come here I get bad service. The workers are very rude and my fries are always cold. Today I asked for fresh fries they gave me the exact fries that I had just handed them back! They told me to pull up and forgot I was outside I had to come inside to get the fries that were still cold! After all that I just took the cold fries!

The lobby was closed at 7:00pm. So we couldn’t get in. The drive through lady had a sarcastic tone and was not pleasant at all. Repeated the order an still messed it up. Not happy at all.

It’s been about a week now from the date this is post d that I went to McDonald’s on hwy 18. I ordered Filet O’Fish Meal with fry and drink. I asked for fresh hot fries, salt and ketchup, so I was told to park in the reserve area they would bring my food out. I just looked in bag and didn’t see any salt, ketchup any napkins, I mean really they expect you eat with any napkins to wash ur hands and mouth off with. I’ve worked at several restaurants and I’m pretty sur condiments and napkins were always mandatory. I take the food over to my cousin’s house for her child only to be told by her mom the fish had NO CHEESE on it . Now I’m pretty sure this sandwich comes with cheese but yet they gave me none. I tried calling the numbers on the ticket and that’s a joke like they are spoof numbers, so I called the 1-800 number and was told I would be contacted by email or text to handle the situation or rectify it with me . I mentioned that another meal made would be fine so I can take to the little girl but I have yet to be contacted or see anything to make up for this. I’m just deeply sadden bcuz our food places seem like they aren’t properly ran well enough to make sure they don’t have those mistakes as often as they do. I m still waiting on a manager or someone to call me to make this right. If it wasn’t that it was for a child I would have probably just let it go but I don’t even know if the child ate the sandwich bcuz they are s picky and plus I had to leave

If I could give this place zero stars I swear I would! The staff here can not get an order right to save their lives! I just wanted a double quarter pounder with no onions, extra pickles. The first time my burger had onions no pickles then once I returned it, they gave me a burger with only pickles- no mustard, ketchup, nor cheese. I got my money back but it’s sad they couldn’t get this order right. I should’ve stayed away after i found pieces of iron that appeared to come from a grill brush cooked in my McGriddles back in April but silly me I tried to give them a second chance

Customer service left much to be desired. They weren’t rude, but they weren’t friendly either. I did not feel welcomed at all. On a good note, the food was absolutely delicious, hot, fresh, and my special order was perfect! That says a lot because I don’t eat fast food very often because it’s always so terrible and I regret it. It was nice to finally enjoy fast food and not regret purchasing it. Kudos to this McDonald’s location’s back of house crew! And because of them, I’m going to give a five star rating.
