First time trying this chain. Heard rave reviews from friends. The food was very delicious but not the best I’ve ever had. Service was not as bad as some places but also could improve. Our orders cane out at different times and some of our order was plain forgotten. Service was very friendly and courteous but could improve in other areas. A clean place and we did enjoy our meal. We would visit again.

This review has been a long time coming but let me just say my first impression of this restaurant was absolutely phenomenal!! Not just because of my love for mushrooms but the overall vibe of this place. From the staff being super friendly, to the service being fast and efficient, I did not see one single thing wrong with this place. My boyfriend and I are from out of state so to experience something new like this was so cool! Both the drinks and food pair very well together. All the different flavors of the pizzas blending well together to the drinks being light and refreshing with a little kick if you decide to spike them. It makes you wish your stomach was big enough to try everything it’s that good! When we went we got Audrey. Now can I just say if you ever get her as your server you’re pretty lucky. Not only does she know the menu very well but she’s an amazing conversationalist and is the person that would make you keep coming back to this restaurant. She gave my boyfriend and I an experience we will never forget! When we get back home we are going to see which is the closest Mellow Mushroom because this has become our favorite pizza joint!

Love the vibe here! Drink specials are great, bartender was friendly and professional. Cheesy bread was cooked to perfection. Parking is a little rough and depending on time of day traffic gets kinda backed up. Great place to eat, drink, and watch the game. I think it’s awesome you can see them making the pizza through a glass window. Probably gonna be a weekly stop here for sure!

Great option for dairy-free and vegan-friendly pizza! My kids love it. The staff is always friendly, and while service can vary depending on the day, take-out tends to be the best choice—our orders have always been hot, fresh, and ready quickly. The only downside is the parking, which is very tight and difficult to manage. Still, the food and staff make up for it. Highly recommend!

We suggest not to take that much time to clean the tables. We went there and there were2 tables not picked up for about 30 mins after people left. They were not that busy… so we don’t understand why.
There was a guy having a beer at the bar… the guy upset because the bartender was nowhere to be found.
We sat in the bar area, got our food and never were asked if everything was good or if we needed something else. I had to ask another person for something

Absolutely awful experience. Waited 45 minutes for two orders of pretzel bites and then another 30 for two steak and cheese subs, that didn’t even come out correctly. Manager is a joke. Made excuses and told me to look at the tickets in the window and said they had a party of 40 waiting. Sir stop seating tables and let your kitchen catch up.
So disappointed as this was one of our favorite spots. My mom left with her food to go. When we got home she realized her steak and cheese sub still wasn’t made correctly. Hire new managers who care and know how to run a restaurant.
