Unsure if this is the franchise that I try to avoid supporting, but this was a cool night. Recently my diet changed to gluten free. I just wanted a piece of grilled chicken because I know it’s all protein. Young fella behind the counter really tried to look for gluten free options for (1) and when I chose a taco salad (chili & lettuce) he verified my choice and then asked about hot sauce. Well I love hot sauce. He went on to offer the opinion that the yellow packet was better than the black but gave me both. Upon seating I read the ingredients for both. The young man was correct, the yellow pack was more of what I wanted. The black pack was mostly vinegar. I feel insulted that my taste buds should interpret the same ingredient as both sour and hot. The yellow pack is the way to go!! Also, best pop machine’s ever. Peach Mellow Yellow. I was never a fan of Mellow Yellow until they added peach in that fancy machine. Try it!!

My husband placed an order online at this location so he could pick his food up during his 30min lunch break and still have time to eat it. He arrived at the location and they said that they didn’t have his order. After my husband showed them his order and the location on the app they still refused to make the food and said that there was nothing that they could do. They said he would have to file for a refund online. My husband then didn’t have time to get food anywhere else and had to go back to work without eating lunch. I’m beyond angry and disappointed at the way they handled this situation. There is no reason for them not to make his meal.

Walked over at 6:37AM and was rudely yelled at by an employee who said they open at 7AM. On both their website and Google Maps it shows 6AM. Their website also let me place an order online through both their website and DoorDash at 6:37AM (although I didn’t actually place an order after getting yelled at).

To start the only person working in the kitchen was the manager and one guy on the grill. Meanwhile there was only like 7 people in the restaurant who where all waiting for food. It took me 20 minutes after ordering to get my food. And then they served me cold fries . My sandwhich was fine.

Couldn’t believe this Wendy’s and so glad I got a snap shot! If you look closely you will see a manager and other crew chatting while a full dining room awaits. There was no eagerness to get orders out and especially not to be waited on. I was third in line and the other person at the counter said she had been standing almost 5 minutes and never even greeted. Everyone was working in slow motion I’m sure half the workers were high. I waited another 5 minutes while waiting on a friend in the restroom and then we exited!

I can never get what I order I get the biggie bags I just ordered biggie bags and all I got was plain burnt burgers and they want us to paddle a bike over a mile one way to get what I ordered I feel like they should come to me they stand around half ass waiting on the customers while talking to other people on their cell phones which is why my food wasn’t fit for a dog to eat and I bet the lousy workers wouldn’t eat it or serve it to their families this isn’t the first time this has happened but I promise you it’s the last time McDonald’s has all of my business from now on
