I’ve been to this place three times, and my third visit was the worst. All three baskets of fish were old and overcooked, even though I picked up my order within 15 minutes. The manager refused to refund my money and argued with me instead of taking responsibility. On top of that, the fish pieces were cut in half and looked nothing like before. Very unprofessional management — I won’t be coming back. Highly do not recommend.

Just ordered $90 worth of food and none of the extras were included. I also ordered the shrimp with no heads and I have eyeballs looking at me. I called to try to get it fixed and he just said keep my receipt and maybe next time they can give me a discount or something. I tried to clarify if they would have that info, since I order here weekly and he mumbled again to keep the receipts and photos. SMH. ♀️

First time at The Kickin’ Crab in Garland and it was great. The seafood was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked, and the seasoning on the boils was on point. Service was friendly and quick, and the casual atmosphere makes it a fun spot to hang out and get messy with crab and shrimp. I’ll definitely be back.

Went in for dinner on Sunday, it was my first time but I had excellent experience there. The waitress was attentive and friendly, checking on us often and making sure we were comfortable. Food came out hot and delicious. 10/10 I will definitely go here when I crave for some seafood

We went here for my nieces birthday and I can say this is the first time I enjoyed myself at a place where I don’t eat seafood. The chicken tenders and fries were good. The seafood my family was eating was worth the buck. Family loves this place. It was my niece birthday and my sister set up for my niece to get a big slice of cheesecake and sing happy birthday. Instead, she receive the cheesecake, but they played, on loud speaker, happy birthday to her! It was amazing. This place is awesome and well worth the dollar!

The shrimp boil was sooooooo good! The sauce was flavorful and the shrimp were huge! They have a combo special with 3 lbs of shrimp, corn and sausage included for much less than the other places in Garland. I will be ordering from there again and definitely recommend.

I love it so much, especially the garlic noodles, I can’t never find the same great tasting flavor at different places. I didn’t the get the live crawfish cause the season was done but the frozen was really, not tasting frozen, mushy, rubbery at all

A really good for a crab boil. All sorts of different flavor combinations along with type of crab and other various boil like items.
Staff is always checking up on you and is very kind. Sometimes there is a wait to be seated but it usually isn’t that long.
I also learned to ask for the frozen clusters vs whole crab. I personally dont believe you get your money’s worth on a single whole crab.
The prices were moderately cheap depending on which combo you decide to get. I typically stick with combo #3 because it feeds the other 3 people typically with me and leaves us satisfied.
