Look no further.. This is the one!!. Made exactly how i like it.. and ordered it! My food was hot & ready, fresh off the grill!! In my opinion.. this is the Number #1 Maxwell’s in the Chicagoland area hands-down!!. Especially, since the 79th St. Maxwell’s closed. They also make those same exact REAL Fresh-Cut potato fries like 79th St. did!!. Say Less!!.

I ordered the items I paid with my credit card and noticed that the prices on the board are not the real prices. I was charged $5.00 more for my order and then told that the price on the board would be charged sooner or later.

Maxwell Street Express hits the spot when you’re craving that classic Chicago fast food fix. I swung by on a Saturday afternoon and grabbed the Maxwell Street Polish Combo for $11.99—grilled to perfection with onions, mustard, and sport peppers, all nestled in a soft bun. The fries were crispy and hot, and the can of pop was a nice touch.
The service was friendly, and the food came out fast. It’s a no-frills spot, but that’s part of its charm—just good, honest food done right. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because the fries could’ve been a bit more seasoned. But overall, it’s a solid choice when you’re in the mood for a Maxwell Street Polish.

Honestly the worst tacos I’ve ever had and it’s not even close. Taco Bell is Michelin star quality by comparison. I ate them 4 days ago and still can’t believe how bad they were.

First time eating here a week ago, my cousin’s recommendation. I ordered 1 chicken and 1 steak taco ( I don’t usually eat chicken tacos at restaurants, they can’t seem to get it right). My cousin had 2 chicken and 1 steak taco. By the next morning, my cousin and I were sick. Not gonna give too many details, BUT IT WASNT PRETTY, I had to call OFF WORK. be careful of what u order.

This place sells good food, I guess ,but the prices are too! high for the neighborhood. 4.00 dollars for one taco! Is extreme! The money they make should be spent on the large holes in the parking lot! Went to cocula’s restaurant where tacos are 2.95 and worth it!

I took my sister here to purchase a few tacos. I was shocked to know that the polish sausage place sold tacos. I tried their tacos for the 1st time, and I have to admit it was pretty good.
