Ordered delivery. Delivery driver decided to not do his job. Happy to share my order if I need receipts.
I drove to the place, respected them, told them I knew it was not them, they offered to retire the order. I told them I fully expected to come in here and pay for the order again. It wasnt their fault the delivery driver was crap.
10 out of 10 would recommend this place. Great staff, clean store. Friendly atmosphere.

The staff here need to be trained a little bit better on stressful situations. They were very overwhelmed when the line was out the door, but they pulled it off and got through everyone eventually. My pizza was great and tasty and I will definitely be going back. I suggest not going here on a Saturday afternoon, super busy. Waited almost 45 minutes for a “hot and ready” pizza.

If you order on the app make sure it doesn’t pick this location I tried calling for over half an hour till I called delivery support to tell them what I needed and it took less then half that time and delivering it was gonna take more then an hour so it got to the point I just wanted the food (edit:) in the end the reason I never got answered is because they for some reason they only have one person freaking working and that person wouldn’t remake my pizza. Said I needed to re-order it if I wanted it to be made with no pepperoni.

Food taste fine and is still hot, the customer service was horrible, i walked in there and asked for a cheese and pepperoni pizza the guy tells me the total it was like 18 something then he walks away i sit there for about 3 mins holding out the 20 dollar bill he takes it sets it on the counter grabs my 2 pizzas and sets them down and doesn’t even say anything then walks away i sat there for about 5 mins waiting for someone to come back so i could get my change but i just gave up im not going to sit and wait for a dollar in change. the customer service here is horrible nobody seemed to know what was going on in the store and all the other customers in the store at the time were also unhappy with their service.

Avoid this location if you don’t want to have food poisoning, me and my wife and our 3 kids we’re sick from eating a pineapple pizza from this location. We ordered online and pickup on our way home from a long day and we just eat it on our way home and couple hours we start having stomach ache start puking I would not recommend this place ‼️

Store Manager dropped my pizza on the ground in front of me which had damaged the box. He told me he would bring me the pizza and when I got home I noticed he gave me the pizza that had fallen on the ground. This is a total food safety risk do not go to this location. To make things worse. He had forgotten me outside for about 35 minutes long enough to make me a fresh pizza. When I came in he noticed he had forgotten and proceeded to try to give me a bunch of free stuff. I asked for a refund which he denied and said he would give me free pizza tomorrow. When I got home I realized both pizzas look cold and old and was damaged on top and the box was damaged from the guy trying to catch the pizza.
