Went there for lunch today at 2:45 not busy at all and I have to say it is the worst McDonald’s food I have ever had. The double cheeseburger looked like it had been laying around all day long with ketchup, oozing out all over the bun on both sides. The bun was smashed down., The french fries were old and had been cooked a while ago. I will never return to this McDonald’s again as the food was terrible!

Extremely slow service, we were the only people there. Nobody was in drive through and it took 15 minutes for our order (2 burgers, 2 fries). Food wasn’t cooked properly – bun was saturated in grease and the burger wasn’t cooked properly – extremely pink inside.
Could not eat. Usually we don’t complain but this was awful.
Store was very clean. People were nice. Just slow and food undercooked.

Ordering kiosk lets you add free sauces with your meal, but the workers won’t give them to you. Manager charged us when I asked for the missing honey mustard and sweet and sour with the burgers we got.

We came here and ordered and they had us pull to the side to wait for our food and I think they must have forgot about us but the manager came out and was super nice. She was very quick to get our order to us.

Was there with my family today including my 6 year old granddaughter. We waited 45 mins for our food before saying anything. Finally I asked for a manager. The managers name was Tyler. I explained that they lost our order which we had already paid for. His response was “ so what we are busy” then he turned his back to us. Not sure how he made manager but has an extreme rude attitude. McDonald’s this was a fail !!!
