Literally the worst run fast food place I’ve ever been to. 25 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me and another 35 minutes for a 4 PC nugget happy meal. Plenty of employees back there but theyre more interested in their phones than doing any work. An absolute joke ok a business.

June 8 2025 was the craziest experience I’ve ever seen at any restaurant. Ordered my food as dine in, and while waiting three people came inside asking for a refund. I received my food which was a complete mess with no standards at all. There was a food runner whom seemed like she was high or drunk. The owner really needs to take charge of this place. Oh and there were a lot more than three asking for refunds throughout the whole ordeal.

I ordered through door dash. I know I’m already paying way more for this food. But for the dasher to tell me that McDonald’s is out of stickers to seal my bag.. yeah no. You should have kept my order bc I didn’t allow my kids to eat that. This restaurant has been raggedy and clearly that hasn’t changed. Waiting for my dispute to be resolved so I can get my money back for this order.

Worst experience. Didnt get a printed receipt with order. Noone could verify my order. Staff kept telling me everything is right. Place is so unorganized trying to sort food with other customers having issues. Didnt get all my food and nobody answering the phone to make it right. If you are interested in playing the Monopoly promotion. Please don’t go this location. I went specifically to McDonalds to purchase breakfast and to play Monopoly. Non of my food item wrappers had any Monopoly pieces on them. What a rip-off!

Just got home with 3 minecraft happy meals.. “The entire reason we went,” ALL 3 missing the toys, nuggets look like they sat in water, didn’t get a receipt and On top of that, they handed me my drink with the entire lid full of coke that spilled on me/ inside the car. 100% unacceptable

Tables are always dirty, I bring wipes to wipe table down. The playground area has not been cleaned in at least two months. I come every weekend. Never can get napkins or ketchup. Food is a hit and miss for lunch, but breakfast is usually always good. Crew goofs off a lot of just stands there when there is stuff to be done. Crew plays around to much or just stands there when there is stuff to be done.
