Lisa took our order and she was fantastic to work with. She gave us menu suggestions that were exactly what we wanted. She was genuinely friendly and pleasant to talk with. All of our food was cooked perfectly & was fresh. The store was very clean and the atmosphere was on point. All of the employees we saw were smiling and were also friendly. 10 out of 10 would recommend stopping by this location!

Food was good but I came to talk about their coffee. I have had a lot of coffee from the other big fast food places( McDonald’s and Burger King).. This was my first time trying Hardee’s ice coffee. It is hands down the best out there.

I pulled in a few minutes to open, not knowing. The gal over the intercom goes “Are you JUST going to sit there?!” and I was like yeah because I have an appointment and a line of cars behind me. She goes, go park your car. This was an older gal at Hardee’s in Superior at 7:55 a.m. on Dec 29th. This gal sucks at customer service. There are MUCH better ways to say things. Your customers are on their way to work and other commitments.

99% of the time, I use Hardee’s drive thru. Their monster biscuit breakfast sandwich is my new favorite. Ham, sausage, bacon, egg & cheese on their ever tasty southern style biscuit. Yummmmmmm!

I received half of a chicken sandwich today.. paid enough that I thought I needed to remortgage… This location is a joke. Good luck not bottoming out in their po hole ridden parking lot. It’s a joke. The employees were nice…so best of luck to them.

We were surprised by how fast the service was. The food was better than McDonald’s where we had eaten the day before and there were better deals. It was clean inside the restaurant. We will be back.

Stopped at Hardee’s for a quick lunch—three burgers and curly fries, costing $30. The staff was friendly, but the food was a huge letdown. By the time we got home, just five blocks away, everything was ice-cold. The fries tasted like they’d been sitting under a heat lamp for ages, and went cold immediately and the burgers were so cold we had to microwave them to make them edible. For $30, I expected hot, fresh food, not something that tasted like it came straight out of a fridge. Very disappointing experience. I will never go back to this Fast food place ever it’s an expensive but vibrant reminder of why I don’t frequent Hardee’s in general

I love the mushroom and Swiss! All time best sandwich EVER! I tried the Maple Frisco burger for the first time! It was so good! Highly recommended eating here at this hardees in Superior! The food is always fresh and hot! The employees are super friendly! Along with the managers! Always greet you with a smile!
