Why is this restaurant’s rating just so-so?? After a long time, I had a delicious hamburger and other food in a very enjoyable and comfortable way.
Can you believe it’s Tuesday and fries and a cheeseburger are $10??? The price of a hamburger on a weekday is in the early $20s. It is completely good compared to other restaurants with different hamburger quality and class.
The patty was well cooked and the overall appearance and taste were very good.
I especially praise the kindness of the staff. This is a restaurant I always want to visit again.

First off, I want to say that our waiter was very nice… However.. I just had the worst old fashioned I’ve ever had in my life. My wife said her White Russian was the worst she ever had in her life. It took 45 minutes to get a hamburger and a salad which was very extensive. Although the hamburger tasted good, it was cold and I did not have another 45 minutes to wait to ask him to refire it. The Chicken in the salad was rubbery and not cooked all the way through. All in all tonight was a fail. Thanks Red Robin. Date night has been canceled.

We have been coming to this location for about 2 years. We have another Red Robin 4 minutes away but we chose to drive to this one.
SERVICE: The service has always been great! The employees there are always so welcoming and friendly. Even when they are busy, they manage to take care of us and check in on is plenty of times.
FOOD: Food always comes out quickly and hot. They refill our fries as soon as we ask for more. We have never had an issue with the food.
ATMOSPHERE: Its always a relaxing and chill vibe.
This location will continue to be our go to.

So is my first time going to Red? Robin, the food was pretty good. I got the bacon avocado burger with onion rings and my daughter got the bacon burger with the fries and then we had a free appetizer and we got the pickled nickels. The food was pretty good. The service was very good. Our server was Lizzie she was very attentive and very nice. The onion rings were a bit burnt. They were still okay. The fries were delicious. The burgers were good and the pickled nickels. They didn’t even taste like pickle and the pickle inside was a little bit mushy but they were free so I can’t complain. Overall it was good when I come back most definitely.

First time at this location. Had a coupon to use so decided to try. Husband and I shared the BLTA sandwich which came with bottomless fries. Sandwich was OK, not a lot of flavor. Also shared the pepperoni pizza which was good. Had a nice, attentive server and hostess. Overall, prices seemed pretty high.

I ordered the Red Robin Gourmet Cheeseburger with bottomless fries. The burger was tasty and satisfying, and I really enjoyed the concept of unlimited fries. However, the fries were a bit soggy, which was slightly disappointing. Overall, it was a good experience with solid food and generous portions, but the fries could have been crispier.

We were seated in the bar area by the manager. The managers main focus was if we were signed up as “royalty” members. One server for the bar area with over 20 guests. Waited for over 20 min for a refill on fries and soda. No help was given to the server considering how busy the bar area got. As we sat there many people came in but there was no hostess at entrance so they had to ask the 1 server in the bar area for assistance. We ended up asking for boxes to go for our food due to how long it took.

This Red Robin seems dirty (dusty) in all areas of the restaurant. Recommendation hire a better cleaning company. Not enjoyable when eating imagining the dust on your food. Bathroom can use a decorative environment, feels like a gas station bathroom, the Outside is not attractive at all, its very dark. Needs more descriptive signs on the outside to attract customers.

When we walked in about noon, there was no one waiting to be seated; however, it quickly changed as no staff member was attending to seating people as they arrived. We eventually got seated in the bar area and ordered right away. The drinks and food were good but my hamburger came with no condiments and I had to ask the waitress for mayo and mustard. Unfortunately I didn’t receive mustard for some time which allowed my meal to become a bit cold. The waitress apologized that she was unable to find mustard which was odd for a restaurant not to have condiments.
