We waited 15 minutes for two grilled chicken sandwiches, and when we got them they weren’t even fresh just dull and tough. Then we tried to unwrap the sandwiches but the paper kept ripping due to all the sauce that was quite literally SLOPPED ON. It made the bottom of the bag wet. This is my second time at Jack in The Box and my last. The cashier was very dismissive and short, wouldn’t even crack a smile.

Had my food hot and ready by the time I got to the window. I got the average burger meal so nothin special, but I like how much variety there is on the menu like the tacos and egg rolls. Curly fries were tasty and crispy. Strawberry shake was perfect, cold and thick. Appreciate the look and feel of the building, much more unique and fun than McDonalds.

I made a delivery order on DoorDash for the new gremlins smell and a burger. My burger was completely wrong. It had all the wrong toppings on it and it didn’t have the bacon that I paid almost 2 extra dollars for the gremlins smell also did not include the air freshener, which I understand is limited, but it also did not include the sauce. This is poor and I will not be buying from here again.

The drive thru was a decent experience, it’s the food. The 10 piece nuggets, the color made them look like jalapeno poppers and they were tiny not worth 5.+ dollars. The “Tacos” were not edible see pictures…I would not let me son eat them gross!!!Keep in mind they are supposed to be hard shell tacos. How can they serve that???!!!!!! If an employee can let that be served they all should be fired!! The only thing that was any good was the Ranch Bacon Chicken Sandwich.

07/04/25 name on the receipt said Francis L. I ordered the t pain meal out with my wife way late and 3rd shift absolutely delivered! This is the best jack in the box I’ve had in years no lie. Thank you for making mine and my wife’s day. Both of you obviously are great at what you do! You saved my 4th of July no lies.
