I really enjoy coming to this location. It’s nice to actually get a smile with the service and this location is full of smiles. I heard one of the employees call the manager “Moose” and I really got a kick out of it be because the atmosphere was great and its nice eating somewhere that has such a positive vibe! The food was really good and the service was fantastic. Thank you guys! I needed that smile!

Went through the drive thru to order. When we got to the window the manager and other employees were outside buying something from a guy in a car. We sat there for more than ten minutes. We watched an employ inside standing at the counter eating chicken from the kitchen. After the manager went back inside he came to window and asked what we needed, I told him we were waiting for our food. He handed us a bag. We did not receive what we ordered so had to go back. I would not recommend this place at all.

I went there Sunday evening and when I got inside the lady taking my order was eating obviously wasn’t paying attention to what I was saying because I told her fries and I got rice and beans. I got drink wit my meal and got everything and left. I get almost homes d taste the drink and it was absolutely disgusting I can’t even describe the taste then I tell my daughter to make sure she got fries which of course she didn’t cause the lady wasn’t paying attention. Turn around and by the time I get back there the lobby is closed so I have to sit in the drive thru. Mind you she rang me up for rice and beans when I wanted fries so I knew they wouldn’t fix it so I had to spend more money for fries. This place just sucks now. The food used be good and the atmosphere used to be cool but at this location it just sucks. I’ll never visit this location again.

I was hungry for spicy chicken tenders and red beans and rice… nothing else. Ordered exactly what I wanted, expecting only small tenders. What I actually got was three very large, meaty chicken tenders, piping hot from the fryer! Delicious, and feel like I got a great lunch for a good price! Thank you Popeyes, see you again soon!

Food is fine, but this location is a constant problem.
The app said they were open, got there and they were closed. Had to get a refund through the app. Couple weeks later we used that refund again and somehow our order was marked “picked up” when it wasn’t, and we were told it wasn’t their problem and to deal with the app. We don’t have this issue at the other Popeyes. We actually avoid this one because it’s always something. Mistakes happen but it’s annoying, especially when you end up with no food twice.

Ordered the 16 piece family meal. It was 16 pieces but 8 of them were wings!!! Also ordered an apple caramel cheesecake and didn’t get it. We live out of town so going back is not an option. If I had wanted all wings I would have ordered them. I tried calling the store but no one answered the phone. I also ordered the strawberry cheesecakes but received apple pies. Very disappointed….

This store needs to be remodeled from the inside out. They are very behind on service, the general manger or manger on duty seems to never be ready. The wait is long and they’ve messed up my order. Besides that the food was good

Today has been the second time that our order has been “picked up” by someone else. I’ve had to contact support too often about this specific location. We showed our order at the counter and they basically said “it’s not our problem”. The food is always good but the service is the worst.

Awful experience. If I could leave negative stars I would and all over a simple order that they couldnt get right. First of all they closed their dining room we’ll before it was time. I waited in the drive thru forever which was fine until the order they gave me was wrong. I tried to go to the door and it was locked. One of the workers just looked at me and said drive thru. That wouldnt have been a problem except now they were 5 cars deep. I waited again and when I got to the order menu I let them know. The young lady told me to pull up to the door and shed bring the correct order out. I did. They stared at me for the next 10 minutes as they made sure every other vehicle got their food when they couldve just made me wait in line. After 10 minutes the same worker who motioned from inside the dining room stuck his head out of the to go window and yelled at me saying I needed to go back through the drive thru. This worker was clearly antagonizing me at this point. This is not the first issue ive had at this popeyes but the last one was quite a while back so I wanted to give it another chance. DO NO GO TO THIS LOCATION. THERE IS A COMPLETE LACK OF COMPETENCY.

This is the closest establishment I have to where I live which is the only reason why I still go. Anytime I go, I know for a fact that the employees will be as rude as possible and i am never wrong. Sometimes you don’t even get a hello at the window. Usually they’ll look at you like your scum and tell you what you owe. I also know that anytime i go, my food will most likely be wrong. Again, I am usually right and they never have my order right. The employees don’t care enough to get it right. Horrible establishment. Even worse employees.
