The meal was delicious and high quality, exactly what you want when you stop for a hot meal on the road.
Everything was fresh, tasty, and satisfying.
The service was A1 — fast, professional, and friendly.
They know how to move a trucker line efficiently.
Unfortunately, cleanliness is not their strong point.
The dining area and overall condition do not match the quality of the food, and that pulls the rating down.

They had the meats but my sandwich was kinda smushed. There was an aldi next to it which really helps with the atmosphere. Random chick fil a cup is unrelated.

Very slow bad service in the morning. She walked passed me several times without even greeting me this took about 4 minutes no biggie but there was one drive-thru car and no one else in the place she took my order and then I sat. My sandwich was done fast put up in the window for her to grab and I waited 6 minutes until she finally took someone else’s order that was waiting for 5 minutes that walked up after me that she never greeted and then got my food and then gave it to me All in all it was about 12 minutes of time with one person in drive-thru and me at the counter in someone else waiting to order The food was honestly done in about 2 minutes after I ordered. The person preparing the food did a great job everything was good but the service. I don’t really care about the time but if she would greeted me and said it was going to be a moment it would have been a little nicer where I understand these jobs aren’t the greatest to do in the mornings when you don’t have as much help but having a little better attitude makes things a lot better.

Super slow. Employees licking there fingers then touch your food. The lady cashier Della is super slow and takes her time. About 7 people waiting, 7 orders and it been sitting there getting cold, don’t come here. Saw an employee licking her finger then touch the French fri. 11:47pm at night on Saturday,2 workers working taking there time .

I ordered the new steak bowl and got about 1/3 cup mac n cheese and about 5 pieces of steak no onoin rings that was shown on the picture. The flavor was good but not worth $9.19
My Husband had a double beef arby’s and asked for some arby’s sauce. And the guy behind the counter just threw the tray of sauces on the counter for us to take what we wanted. Very rude! We will not go back there!

Doesn’t offer or have new sandwiches or offers that the corporate Arby’s offer since it’s ‘privately owned’, we were told. Food was not the best and counter person seemed busy with other things. Don’t waste your money there.

It is the first time I go to this place I got three meals, two of them were wings and some loaded curly fries and the other meal was a RB classic meal MEAL! They didn’t even add the fries and the sandwich looked horrible. I called to tell them what happened and said I wanted a refund to my card because I didn’t think I could go all the way back there ( I live far from that arbys) but the guy got really upset and started yelling at me telling me that I was cursing at him when I clearly did not even said a single word. Simply because I told him that he had to be nicer or do their job right because he was upset since the beginning. I do not recommend this place at all.

Came in with my family, one person in front of us, and three people came behind. The 3 people got their food before us. Looked at the screen and it said 17:30 so I said something about it to the manager, no response at all. A little “sorry for the wait” goes a long way. Plus it’s slow part of the day and nobody has cleaned still.

AVOID!!! Pure Trash, both my beef and cheddars were smashed together meat hanging out the sides and in the wrapper, the bottom buns were hard as rock, food was room temp and the fries smelt like old oil and were cold, I travel the US for work i dont expect much from fast food and NEVER LEAVE negative reviews BUT this establishment is the worse fast food place I’ve ever visited in the US, I had to throw my food away nothing was close to edible, food was probably a health hazard and the staff was careless and seemed to be more worried about socializing owner/management should be ashamed.
